Whats the typical annual service charge and is a ground rent payable ? Is there any sell on clause which takes a % of sale price like some dock developments ?

How tall are you? Or, how low is the ceiling in the kitchen? Yikes!
That stand alone shower looks extremely small, extremely
Great video as always from the Fine & Country team!

We are so pleased you enjoyed the tour Jerry. Holly is 5'6", but is also wearing heels, so as you can see the ceilings are reasonably tall -as is to be expected in an original warehouse, particularly of course in the wonderful double-height living space. As mentioned in the video too, the layouts of these apartments differ, with some having the kitchen on the lower floor with slightly more head room.

      Liverpool is looking truly awesome

Looks great but the developer needs to crack on with other phases of the project. Phase 2 of Tobacco Warehouse won't start until phase 1 sells out. Renovating the South Warehouse now would help matters no end in terms of adding to the desirability and facilities of the immediate area.

It seems you skipped one very important part of history as to what this tobacco warehouse was established for. It was from here the slaves who first touched down at the docks and were sent to plantations in the Caribbean, their produce from the work was stored in this tobacco warehouse and shipped all over the world. Liverpool wealth boomed as a result of the hard work of these slaves taken from Africa by the British. Always do well to not erase history ok? Learn a lesson today.

The British fought to abolish slavery , we lost a great many sailor's in the fight . We have the British man William Wilberforce, and other British Christian's to thank for it . Let us not forget, that the British and Irish where also taken as slave's by the Barbary slaver's
Sadly most countries have slavery in their past , l think what matters now , is that we remember, that there is modern day slavery happening now , we cannot help people long gone , but those living now , can be helped .
