I believe computer or IT skills is #2 especially for this time not only when many people are working from home full and part-time, you will be surprise how many managers are great are talking and being poor listeners they love to hear themselves and their computer skills are horrible they can not even use Zoom or they ended up clicking on the wrong window and making themselves look highly incompetent. You got this list WRONG!!!!
I know exactly what you mean! Unfortunately this pandemic has thrown people into situations they've never been in before so lots of adjusting required. Companies need to make it a priority to make sure ALL employees are trained on adapting to new technology. 🌞
