The way this place looks, they really don’t need labels, the whole place is and looks very light on their feet

We were in Gulfport today!! My son's (18y.o.) girlfriend (17y.o.) lives in St. Pete Beach...(we live in Lake Oconee, GA, and she & her parents moved here from St. Pete about 7 years ago, but recently moved back, so our son goes down for a couple of weeks every month). Both of my boys & Jackson's (the oldest) girlfriend wanted to pier fish this afternoon, so we went to the pier in Gulfport. They've been before, but today was my first time visiting Gulfport, and I immediately fell in LOVE with it!! The vibe is sooo laid back. Very small town feel, no one was uptight or pretentious...just a lot of great people having a great time!! I love, love, love that there are bars & restaurants right along the water, but nothing felt "touristy". Every person we encountered was super friendly and polite! I loved all of the pups hanging around. Even though the bars were crowded, there was no issue finding parking, and nothing was overly crowded. The whole town just had the best super chill vibe to it! I've already called my best friend and his husband to tell them that we need to plan a trip for the next month to come back down & stay & enjoy Gulfport!! Thank you for keeping the eclectic vibe to your little hidden gem...I love everything about it!! Lots of love from Georgia!!💙💙💙💚💚💚

As a straight guy I enjoyed this video and I agree with the guys comments about there should not be labels everybody should enjoy a good bar or spot in peace

We wish that would happen too! Sadly there are lots of places where it's not welcoming to be LGBTQ and so we have to continue to create inclusive spaces and note where LGBTQ people can find others like them.

Our family lived on Clinton Street 3 houses up from Boca Ciega Bay when I was a kid. Dad was going to Stetson Law School. The house still stands but it isn't $75 a month anymore! Nice video.

Thank you! And we 100% agree. Sadly that’s not always the case for our LGBTQ community. You’d be very surprised with homophobic comments and emails we get daily. So until the hate stops we will continue to create content that caters to our LGBTQ travelers while providing helpful info for all viewers. Thanks again for the feedback! ❤️🌈
