    This was the moment I realised how biased our mainstream media was in respect of foreign policy. There were over a million people outside parliament demonstrating. The BBC's original reports said there were fifty thousand.

      +Vince mcmahon I know what you want really - But there was absolutely NO threat to our country from Iraq; if the UK was threatened I would be the first to support our soldiers, but in this case they were sent to die for absolutely nothing! There is even a group of soldiers who fought in Iraq & their families bringing a legal action against Blair for what he did. Have you not seen the Chilcott Report? It's an independent report that sets out clearly that the Blair government lied to the British people. There was no threat to us from Iraq - & now that country has been destroyed; and millions of innocent people dead - including children and British soldiers - AND this has encouraged the rise of terrorism in that part of the world; it's Blair & Bush's fault that ISIS etc is now threatening the whole world. This is what we were protesting about - we knew this invasion would be a disaster, and it was.

The mass gathering of people protesting isn’t nothing, it keeps the message loud and clear for generations to come within all communities everywhere to remember how important being on the right side of truth & justice is. One day the False will come and claim God and gather his people, the next he will be struck down by the Real and his people, now you have one side of righteousness and the other of evil, gatherings like this supporting the side of right is an internal affair with yourself and the Almighty, one day after death your heart will be questioned, those who stood on the right & for the right will have nothing to fear.

      It's not about racism. It's about not wanting to get ethnically and culturally eradicated by changing demographics. It's not racism to want to exist.
      I am a so called "racist" and I did NOT support the wars in the Middle East.
      That's what he meant with both the Left and the Right protesting against it
      .
      The Leftwingers probably protested because they think with their naive hearts, and the Rightwingers protested most likely because they knew it was a morally wrong war that would not only destabilize the entire ME region, but in the long run, also pose a great threat to Western civilization.

This movement has emphasised the message, the meaning and the stance of the British people’s view against the atrocities committed by our government (who were deeply controlled by the invisible government) to achieve the agenda of those who were in power over them (the invisible government). This protest not only raised awareness but affirmed a concrete position throughout different communities everywhere for generations to come. God bless the Brits

    • @ouchiko2
      @ouchiko2 8 лет назад +4

      I'd rather think about what the world is actually like. We've been shown time and time again that removing Arab based leaders simply does not work. It destabilises and causes world shifts. We don't understand how to deal with the aftermath and we do not understand the tribal mentality which exists in this region. Saddam was an asshole - but there was no evidence of the weapons and perhaps we need assholes in charge sometimes. Libya, Syria, Iraq - None of them are working because the ass holes are going or have gone.

    • @ouchiko2
      @ouchiko2 8 лет назад +7

      How so? Iraq had pondered along very well until we became involved. Syria was a highly functioning society, perhaps with tribal/religous barriers however I didn't see hundreds of thousands leaving nor a wasteland as a country? Libya was also functioning fine. The figures vary widely but anywhere between 300 thousand to a million people have died (related to conflict) in Iraq since the 2003 invasion. Upwards of 500,000 people in Syria.
      "poor people are fucked" - That's your analysis. I've got no idea whether thats true or not and unless you live day to day there neither do we. Perhaps many of the people accepted some of the struggles so they didnt have to have AK47's rattling off for years to come.
      I mean, ISIS has become what it has since a power vacuum arrived in Iraq post 2003. In essence we're responsible as a collective western world for this crap and now we reap the rewards of what we've helped create. A completely unstable world with an apparent posturing state between Russia and the west via Syria.

    • @DressyCrooner
      @DressyCrooner 7 лет назад

      "Iraq had pondered along very well until we became involved."
      Yes, apart from the Kurds being gassed, the Shiites being massacred and oppressed, a couple of countries being invaded, the economy collapsing under the weight of sanctions, Saddam supporting terrorism, stealing from the sanctions relief programme etc etc, Iraq was doing just fine.
      Libya was a socialist Islamist despotism led by a madman with bizarre dreams of Islamic hegemony and Syria was/is an Alawite-led apartheid state.

      Firstly because the legacies of Bush and Blair will live in infamy for these 'Crimes Against Humanity'.
      Secondly, lest we forget the million+ protest of the Iraq War was enough to convince members of Parliament not to approve David Cameron's (leader of the Conservative party and the government in 2013) House of Commons Parliamentary motion to support military intervention in Syria.
      He was defeated and thus prevented a repeat occurrence of the Iraq war by not sanctioning British involvement in any US-led strikes against President Assad‘s regime.

If the world was governed by people like you, NAZI germany might been dominating europe, Uday hussein (Saddam's son) might still had been killing innocent women, exploiting them and killing their parents after they came to complain that their newly married daughter had jumped from a balcony. This is literally a world you people are fighting for. You are like a person witnessing abuse, doing nothing to stop it and complaining that it would be considered war, whilst being in a delusion that you are fighting for peace. The general population is full of dumb ideas, such as brexit, cringy anti government ideas, fetishism and support for autocrats such as Assad, Lukashenko (who's using migrants as weapons against EU), Putin. People like you would support hitler, people like you would negate the Ustasha fashistic concentration camps if you were a nationalistic populist Croatian.

      @@EIKLURAM There are people who are actually educated, work in places such as Bruxelles, and understand what's going on. Theoretically someone could always imagine all sorts of ideas about anything in the world. All you are is a lazy, uneducated and willfully ignorant conspiracy theorist, populist, the thing that has been holding humanity down for centuries, the type of person that would oppose smallpox vaccinations or public lighting when napoleon left Rome because it would go against god's cycle of day and night and join up on massive protests by the religious fundamentalists. Do you really think you could solve a 8th grade geography tests about inetrnational integrations and unions, their history and so on?

      @@andrejbogovic2047 You talk about education as if they were teaching people an unedited version of history. I don't know how old you are but you don't seem very intelligent at all. You use the term conspiracy theory like a lot of other idiots who think the system is honest in its presentation and therefore any alternative is merely tin foil hat CT because they can't be bothered to examine the facts as I have from those people the outsiders who present the facts, the true facts about stuff But yeah just carry on living in ignorance. I know all about the demonization of Hussain and the lies that Amnesty international presented about Saddams troops killing babies it's more like the people you kiss ass for that follow the conspiracy theories and pay 9k a year to be indoctrinated in their fake reality and history so they can act like good little robots for the Globalists...

      As for the protests, they NEVER stopped but changed instead. There has never been such a dissatisfaction and distrust for the governments of the world as there is now. If people are not protesting or rebelling openly, they're doing so in other ways. In the stock market, at work and in social media. It's completely unfocused, but it is there.
