@@Gr-og1vf Scald/Amnesia with Special Specs/Spoon/Guard and X Speed/Eject Button. It can’t 1v1 Tyranitar but if you are careful, you can definitely win against it especially if you have your Unite Move ready just for Tyranitar.

@@ToBadNoSad Except this build is a damage build. Exp Share should be used if you use Surf Slowbro. Otherwise, you can play full damage with Scald and get away with it.
