youre timing is better than mine. i moved into money markets in October, then we got the santa clause rally, great q4 earnings and now getting great q1 earnings. missed out on +30% gains

Well, in reference to an average, almost EVERY time is different. It would be a rarer shot to think we'll hit "the average" decline.
What is failed breakdown (bottoming pattern)? Does it mean candlestick made a lower low intraday and close within range of previous candle?
Making a lower low vs prior candle but rallying to close above that low
Stops are for weak hands!

@@thecanadakid7622 Those who buy short dated contracts have to use a stop loss. If you buy yourself at least a month or two to expiry you'll save yourself the loss
Swing traders/ market timers know that on average capital markets and stocks generally have 15-20 trading days per year with moves greater than 1.3x standard deviations and the other 180+ trading days are range bound and d3@d money

Apple used to dominate in the video editing/graphics field But it hasn't been like that anymore for quite a few years now. What else have they got besides new Iphones? Apple TV is that bringing in a lot? Apple Apps still gangbusters?

Given how hard SMCI and AMD have dumped lately, I would not be surprised if they go the same way as TSLA with earnings, no substantial positive news, but a 10% gap up and rally due to being so oversold, which will be interpreted by mainstream media that the AI bull run is booming again and start creating more FOMO.

Ancients looked to patterns in the stars, planets and moon ... then correlated those to events to predict the future. LOGIC 101: Correlation is not causation ... (i.e. your TA can't predict the future).
No likes from me. The presenter Sounds fearful but in reality he’s buying tons of stock and he’s really going bullish. The stocks went down almost 6% because of the Israel Iran thing and it was excellent excuse for the hedge funds to make tons of money. Now we are on the upswing unless something terrible happens again. Like black swan event.

If you are serious about the markets, theres a lot for you to learn. We just had a huge run. Weakness = pullback after that is natural part of market dynamics. If it wasnt for conflicts it would've been the stagflation data that triggered the sentiment shift. Sure theres manipulation but not EVERYTHING
