Most people think they know the law.
Let me just clarify for all you who don't understand. The cops were called out to a vehicle pursuit of a stolen vehicle, which is why they had so many officers assisting. They never had time to peek through the window from beforehand so they never knew the gender of the suspects. When the vehicle stopped, they treated it as a high risk situation since the suspects stole a car, and the officers did not know all of the reasons the driver was fleeing ( ex: had a warrant, had a firearm on her) which is why the 2 females were ordered out like that.

So, what was the end result? I saw the handcuffs removed after all the spectacles. And if they were being arrested for car theft, why then did they uncuff the supposedly criminals? Was this an arrest or a movie set? The ending of this video gave no indication as to why the two ladies were detained in such a fashion.

Why do they have to lie face down on the ground ,if they stand facing away from the cops with their hands behind their backs, there is not much they can do . It only takes one cop to cuff her hands behind hr back while the others cover him. Use of so much force just seems to be the order of the day with our the cops over here.
