Aren't they awesome? This is definitely one of their best (older) songs IMHO. They infuse so much character and bad-ass-ness into their choreo and songs, it's hard not to love them :-) The one-take version of "Night Before the Exam" is also infectious and mind-blowing... anyways. Glad you found them. Rock On!
Nice, my favorite AG song and choreography. The song is about teacher/student relationships which is an issue in Japan but really world wide. AG NEVER runs from hard topics but tackles them head on. The “secret relationship” which any can see is blocked by society who are distracted by the “bad” kids that AG is portraying. The security cam shots are like the members of AG are hidden or ghostly. At the end Suzuka is distraught by the loss of innocence by her classmate. Love AG when they do jazzy and rock infused songs. Dokubana is similar in sound but different meaning.
This video is about a pretty touchy subject. They’re bringing attention to a problem of exactly what you said. The teacher dating the student. But often the act is covered up or just not looked at. They themselves are representing the bad behaviour which draws attention away from the real bad behaviour. It’s too bad you couldn’t find a translation, they’re lyrically very deep and the videos do well to convey what they’re saying without knowing what they’re saying. They are incredibly intelligent.
