Reverse the first floor so the stairs are on the same side as the car port. Reverse the second floor as well. Put an exterior door at the top of the stairs leading to a deck over the car port.
*When can I move in* One of best comprehensive designs I've seen in a long time - wow thank you! The fact that there are 1.5 bathrooms is amazing. The downstairs WC includes an all-in-one washer/dryer👍👍 The upstairs bathroom is stylishly laid out ... I'm voting for a shower stall with a deep base (japanese style) so I can have a shallow bath 😋🤭 and stealing some footage off the back bedroom to include a small bistro balcony like the front bedroom. Love the enclosed yard and the roofed parking space👌 So well thought out⭐
I really like the design. My only observation is that is the lack of storage areas, it definitely needs closets and a pantry. Outside of that, I really like it.
And small office/study area instead of the piano, a laundry area and fitted floor to. ceiling wardrobes. D/s wc should have a small shower too. But I also like the interior design.built in smart storage you should incorporate in your designs to save space and for aesthetic appeal

@QUICK-STAR the stairs can start in the corridor too, it doesn't have to be a big one, but just a separation from the living area of the house, a place to put your shoes and jackets and umbrellas and such
Honestly not bad. Could be more wide with actual closets though but if you think about it starting at 19k people pay more than that a year for apartments they don't own 🤷♂️

I think the land to building ratio is 4.32, so probably about a 1,500 square feet lot since this is a sub 700 sq. ft. house that is 2 story tall. I just divided 700 sq. ft. by 2 = 350, 350 x 4.32 = 1,512 The descripition claim it's a 2 story house with 689 sq. ft. living space.

Kitchen woefully inadequate, not enough closet space in bedrooms, and the bedrooms are very small. No fireplace that I could see. Only enough room for one sofa in living area. Car parking leaves something to be desired.

Maybe 5 x 8 for that storage? Also enclosed garage for winter states. And on top a balcony?

Yeah, one can make a small seperate entrance room at the front, and have storage for clothes. Not take any space from living room
