Ok this is actually worth a watch.
Synopsis, NO REAL SPOILERS
Instead of the FL being reborn after death, it's the ML, but he's tricked into thinking FL betrayed him in his old life and caused his death. In new life they are remarried by arrangement and only find out after they've met for the first time. He recognises her immediately, she doesn't him. From there it's learning to let go of old hurts and new hurts and general misunderstandings. While I don't like that the FL here is truly a very weak characterisation and keeps standing there waiting to be rescued from bad people or saved from bullying, the story itself is worth a first watch at least. Beware, there is magic/supernatural stuff in it, if that's not your thing.

Maybe people who make these movies need to go learn a little about first aide, happens nearly all the time, say they are going to treat a wound but just loosely and poorly wrap a bandage over a wound while the clothes are still on, does this method also repair the torn or cut material of what it is they are wearing.
It's not rocket science.
