I installed mine yesterday. It would've been nice to have some basic directions. Such as: what size drill bit to make the pilot holes. I had to eyeball it, and probably used a bit one size too small, but I was able to use a drill/driver to send the self-tapping screws go in (very tightly). No mention of Locktite on any of the screws (no directions, again).
Our apologies if the Instruction decal was not on your Spark Arrestor package. An email or phone call directly to us could have also helped you immediately. The decal points you to detailed instructions for most of our products: fastway.zone/howto/#sparkarrestors

Hi Richard, thanks for the feedback. Our end cap nozzle angles similar to most OE mufflers, but could use some added angling on certain applications. We do have Silent Turn-Down Inserts (PMB-01-0011), Ultra Silent Turn-Down (PMB-01-0012) or even a Side Shooter Nozzle (PMB-99-0015) that could alleviate your concern when using our Spark Arrestor End Cap. Thanks again for sharing!
Great concept, But the final appearance looks rubbish. If you made it look like one piece and took the hard edges out of it you would sell heaps more. ''Just saying''!!
I'm not sure what others were expecting but took me all of 10 mins to remove my old end cap and install the new one.. perfect fit! Looks great.
Thanks for the video. I would have totally forgotten the RTV.

Bought February 2024, still no instructions included
Would a 7/32” drill bit work? That’s 1/64” bigger than you said in the video
Do you need to do any tuning after you install?
Nice video and would they able fit on lexx mxe and what other exhaust do they fit on cheers
Thanks, got one on order!
Awesome, we hope that you enjoy it!
They should have angled the tip down more so you dont melt your turn signal like I did on my 2009 450 exc.

Where is the USFS stamp ?
It's typically laser etched on each applicable Spark Arrestor base.
What a joke, I had to take a mallet to mine to make it work. Not happy w fitment. Took over a hour to just make it fit.
Sounds about right, guarantee this took him an hour or so as well.
Took me 5 mins , few taps of a rubber mallet and fit was perfect could not have been easier , and it looks flawless
Seal a cone
I see what you did there! :-D
Pain in the ass....smh
Are you having issues with an install that we can help with?
promotobillet I got it...was just a pain drilling out all the existing rivets in the stock end caps...thanks though
