I got care supreme after consulting ditto earlier this year. Hope when time comes (god forbid), the cashless claim process is as seamless as you guys claim (yes I shared detailed medical history)

@12:00 You told "all the plans out there of care" but What abt a plan called 'Care Care' mentioned on your website! You didnt talk abt that at all!!
You guys are doing great, big fan of ventures like yours (Beshak, Ditto, OneInsurance etc), closely following each.
Just a few points where I would want you to focus/suggestions :
1) Make a detailed video covering the post sales service of various Health Insurers
A) talk abt which HI has a cx care email id, phone no, app etc
B) talk abt how quickly one can connect to a human on the given phone no.
C) talk abt how quickly mail replies are given (if they have a mail id unlike some insurers like Niva Bupa who like a bad guys chose to close their email id a few years back, 3-4 yrs)
2) Focus on the small details :
A) like Modern Treatments
B) in particular abt Robotic Surgeries (and if there is any limit etc on it)
