You could try Dow Corning high vacuum grease, it's a very high viscosity silicone grease, although it's a bit high at 2,000,000 centistokes!
Geez what a pain in the ass to fix something that should never have broken to begin with. I will just buy a better turntable
No more project junk for me….technics is ordered. Mine never worked from new and with carbon tone arm.
