Question about VAT taxes: do you get charged those because your shop is based on the EU? or because your shoppers are from the EU? My shop would be based in the USA, and i dont think we pay those taxes here. That's a little confusing lol

I also do email marketing for my shop, and I should send at least 1x a month but that is not always the case

Its because my clients are based in the EU. Just as you see taxes that were paid by US customers and handled by Etsy
