Funny thing is if you finish the game with masked sub zero his outcame just says sub zero but no Kuai Liang or bi han. But he is indeed bi han because there is no other Sub Zero exist

By the time this game was released, the original MK3 had been out for a year. Midway Studios were already starting to develop MK4. It came out almost a year after the PS1 version of MKT was released.
Are you sure you already played this version of MKT? Because who really knows the game, knows very well that Motaro accepts some projectiles from a short distance, in which case the Scorpion or Smoke harpoon can hit at any distance.
