    why this can happen? im cook fried rice.. always have stick at wok

      The stickiness/non-stickiness depends on several factors as a proper seasoned wok, heating wok before adding the ingredients, the quantity of oil used, the portion of ingredients added.       hello, now i find what make a wok stickiness when im cook a fried rice, before this im fried raw chicken fillet and continue to add rice
      wok will be sticky and after that I boil first the chicken filling then I add the rice to fry and there is no stick at all
