INGREDIENTS :
- 800-850g potatoes
- 1 tsp of salt
- 35g corn starch
- 20g cheese powder (optional)
- 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
Cheese sauce:
- 30g butter
- 12g flour (or substitute with cornstarch)
- 150ml milk
- 90g cheddar cheese
- 50g grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper or chili powder (optional)
