Homemade fried chicken tenders. This kfc style chicken tenders is the most delicious chicken tenders I've eaten at home. The chicken is super soft and juicy inside while the outside is light, crispy and crunchy.

Ingredients:
Marinate:
- 500ml milk
- 2 large chicken breasts
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 10g minced garlic
Breading flour:
- 130g all purpose flour
- 70 corn starch
- 1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder (8g)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 to 1 tsp chili powder ( can be skipped - optional)
- 30g (2tbsp) water
Extra plain flour
Wet batter :
- 3 tbsp mixed breading flour above
- 1 large egg
- 50g water
Spicy dipping sauce:
- 5 tsp ketchup
- 1 tsp siracha or hot sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp mustard
