Autumn Harvest Soup
1 acorn squash, 1 med yam, 1 large leek, 2 ribs of celery, 1 large white onion, 4-5 garlic cloves, 2 red apples, fresh rosemary, fresh or dried sage, Nutmeg, s & P Chicken stock, heavy or whipping cream, 4 TB salted butter & olive oil.
chop all the produce in large pieces. Put into a baking pan with olive oil, 2 TB butter melted, S & P, rosemary &sage. Bake at 425 for 40 min.
In the meantime, add 5 cups of chicken stick to a large pot, a few pinches of nutmeg, sage and leaves from a quarter of rosemary. Bring to a boil & simmer. for about 20- 30 min.
Once the veggies are done, add to the broth, mash then add another 1 to 3 cups of broth. Adjust seasonings and simmer for about 10 more min. Pour into bowl and top with splashes of cream!

Hi Karen. I just want to let you know I made this Autumn Harvest soup last night and it was so amazing! All those wonderful fall flavors came together so well. I tweaked the recipe just a bit by adding a dash of ground cloves, a bag of frozen corn, and topped it with some fried onion for a little crunch. SO good! Thanks for sharing that recipe. Love you girls!

Karen, as hilarious as it was to see that huge can of pumpkin, you might be glad to have it in the freezer because I have read that there may be a shortage this year due to heavy rains ruining a big percentage of the pumpkin crop. I mean, what else is 2020 going to do to us?! LOL! Before you said that you were putting the rest in the freezer, I was all but yelling "freeze it"!! I'd just put in in some small freezer bags, flatten them so they don't take up much room, and pop them in the freezer for future recipes. I don't know if I've ever known anyone who is as enthusiastic about Fall as you are ... keep enjoying your favorite season!! 🍂 🎃🍁🌻

Loved this video, probably cause its Fall stuff, lol. Your hair looked great. I was going for an auburn color from my blonde but it fades so fast.
It may take some time until your blonde will grow out and the red will not fade as fast! My Monat has really helped me to maintain my hair color!

You can separate some of the pumpkin into baggies and freeze it. Enjoy muffins. We seem to have same problem and amazon is charging super high prices for canned pumpkin. Crazy. 🤷♀️ ordered the fall jammies without monogram since you can’t really see it anyway with print. Hate it takes 20 to 25 days to get. That means October!

WEIGHT WATCHER has a recipe for pumpkin muffin it’s Soooo simple..., my family and friends LOVE when I make them
Recipe:: 1-15oz “PURE”pumpkin, 1- Dry cake mix of ur choice ( we like spice cake the best) & 2/3 c water that’s it mix ALL together & bake 350’ 15-20 mins or longer depends on ur oven makes 24 & can freeze leftover BUT there’s never any left here (WW OLD PTS 2
