Do not get carried away with peacock envy. Pretty but very loud and when they climb on your car roof it gets badly scratched and pooped on. Chateau de LaLande itself is wow bur it takes loads of people to restore and run. The scale is overwhelming. Nice to see our favorite influencer all dressed up!
There is no such thing as a bad chateau. Yours is beautiful and so is this one. The love and dedication to the restoration is obvious. (If they figure out what the spear through the wall is, please let us know.)

The intensity of the music while you were lost in the woods was absolutely amazing. It reminded me of some of an Agatha Christie mystery. There was so much talent at the Château. You should consider creating a remake of a mystery movie. Philip- Producer, Ann -Setting, Stephanie- Lady of the Manner, Philip- handsome young man, Amari- debonair detective etc, etc. ( Just an 💡 )

Anna, your color sense is really refined, and no, not too much green. Beautiful, calming, silvery, understated greens (and blues) offset by white . Colors that are very easy to live with without being horrid boring-beige. That bathroom with the hand-painted mural is exquisite. Love you guys, happy spring.

It's so cool to see passionate people renovating and taking care of these amazing pieces of cultural heritage! I remember back in the day seeing the adverts for 1-2 million euro crumbling castles while vacationing in France. As it turns out the journey to restoring these and making them your home is just as fun and rewarding as I imagined it would be! Also good to see this one came with a forest, Northern France needs more protected natural areas. Thanks for taking us along and showing your journey with these videos!

I remember, Stephanie said in one of her vlogs, that what she instantly fell in love with, was the surrounding area, because the placement of the Chateau was the one thing, that could not be changed. And it does look really wonderfull, with the forrests, the fields and the soon-to-return lake. But I will say, I would much prefer the smaller footprint and style of your Chateau. You have done a great job, restoring Honfleur. Where it me, I would probably go alot heavier on antiques, but I love, that all your rooms are so bright and airy 😁

As I knew you had been at LaLande for Easter I couldn’t help but think what a magical time for your girls. I imagine when they are grown they will be telling stories about their Easter at the big chateau. What a wonderful weekend that you all shared. It's so cool to see passionate people renovating and taking care of these amazing pieces of cultural heritage! I remember back in the day seeing the adverts for 1-2 million euro crumbling castles while vacationing in France. As it turns out the journey to restoring these and making them your home is just as fun and rewarding as I imagined it would be! Also good to see this one came with a forest, Northern France needs more protected natural areas. Thanks for taking us along and showing your journey with these videos!
As an American bigger is not always better.....oh wait is that only Texas😮.It was so wonderful to see the family get away and such genuine host and good friends to visit but it’s oh so nice to get home to your most warm,comfortable and lovely Chateau.So enjoy every episode.😊

You were such gracious guests. But you have nothing to be jealous about. Le Fleur has beautiful accommodations. You have decorated it impeccably and it appears clean and inviting. You’re developing the gardens beautifully. You get projects completed. The kitchen is going to be fabulous! Le Fleur would overwhelmingly be my more preferred accommodation.

Im pretty new to Stephanies channel and just watched a couple of episodes but have been following your renovation almost from the beginning. She seems like a very charismatic and positive person. All though the château is grand I prefer yours and can’t wait to see you transform the gorgeous coachhouse one day.

I discovered your channel after watching a video on Stephanie's channel a month or so ago. I watched a few of your recent videos and loved them so much I decide to go to the very beginning and watch all the episodes in order. I can't tell you how much I enjoy them, they are so well made, I love your humour, the editing is top notch, I love the music. I am also learning. The supporting characters (Natan, Benoit, etc.) are delightful. You are such a lovely family, your girls are adorable, and both of you are so talented and hard working.

I remember, Stephanie said in one of her vlogs, that what she instantly fell in love with, was the surrounding area, because the placement of the Chateau was the one thing, that could not be changed. And it does look really wonderfull, with the forrests, the fields and the soon-to-return lake. But I will say, I would much prefer the smaller footprint and style of your Chateau. You have done a great job, restoring Honfleur. Where it me, I would probably go alot heavier on antiques, but I love, that all your rooms are so bright and airy 😁
