I am curious: of course the Meridian is way more practical for getting from A to B fast and more independent of weather etc., but: which plane is more *fun* to fly: the DA-62 or the Meridian?
I would say it depends how you define fun ;-) ... The Meridian requires more skills (precision, attention) - especially everything concerning the turbine - and "she" is less forgiving than the DA62. The Meridian provides some kind of an airliner feeling but I think the comparison isn't quite fair - it depends on your requirements. I do appreciate both planes very much ...
How did you like Tivat as a GA destination and maybe the beaches and whatever you might have enjoyed there? We are looking for new destinations for 2023 :)
Tivat was really nice! Flying and all the handling was great. We stayed at the "One&Only" Portonovi, a brandnew and really excellent Hotel with fantastic rooms and suits, several really superbe restaurants, private beach and so on. An extraordinary place to go. Portonovi is located 10 km south west of the airport on the other side of the Kotor Bay ... it takes 45 minutes to go there ... I deeply recommend this spot ... www.oneandonlyresorts.com/de/portonovi
Hi Wolfgang! I fly m600 and I am based in Wien currently. If you are interested I can ask the owners to lease m600 for 10-20 hours since I don't fly too much currently. Let me know if you might be interested in. Thanks.
Hi Jenya! Thank you for your kind offer. But I think there is no need for an additional M600 experience. Next option in the near future probably is a PC12 due to the more spacious cabin and a toilet option ;-)
@@wolfgangkarner No one except me used little john during flight within 350 hours flown in 1 year on m600))) and I always serve my pax with the special hot tea + jegermeister
Love the approach and thanks for the extended highlights. Cheers.
THX! Appreciate your comment!
