I'm a night owl too. I'm the most productive. I can finally relax. I'm usually asleep at 3 or 4 am late. I'm really enjoying your videos so peaceful and calming.
I love that you like to sit in nature and watch. Watching makes me feel calm...as if I am right there in nature along with you. It's nice putting some of your music behind it all. Well...it is past midnight...but not for creative inspiration...but to watch beautiful filming that you have done. It is understandably melancholy; the calmness I need for settling in for the night. Thanks.
Lol.... I'm the same way in observing late nights as a time of peace and solitude....a creation of my own world with no surprising distractions. At first, I stayed up because I felt cheated of my time because of the noise of daily life at work and interactions. Now it has become a sanctuary of sorts but limited. One cannot be a recluse in life to not enjoy the company and love of the important people around us. Nor can we appreciate the beauty the ever changing quality of light the day brings us. Thank you for showing your humanity, whether perfect or not, reminding us of ours. Don't stop doing so.
Love your videos Nathaniel! I was diagnosis in January with dysautonomia, which restricts me to my apartment. Watching your journey in the mountains and along the coast gives me a glimpse of places I would never see on my own. Thank you for taking us along your journey.

Hey Nathaniel I've watched a couple of your videos and I decided to sub. I want to do exactly what you're doing in a truck camper probably next summer but some of my favorite videos are just what you do in the day just lounging around I hate vlogs when people show you the travel to and from there campsite but they don't show you anything while they're in their campsite... I noticed you have no winter videos in your camper those are my favorite. anyways hello from New Hampshire.....
I have a 2001 Tacoma and the same thing happened to the driver side door! popped the panel off* and realized the plastic ring that would keep the mechanism in place has broken. couldn't find a replacement easily so we rigged up something with zip ties and now it works beautifully. *had to take both front seats out in order to open the door and get the panel off 😅
Dude....you have what I call "the normals": post break-up DEPRESSION, and it's LONG aftermath. Christian is going thru the same. I don't miss being young at all- but my hips sure do! THANK YOU for the great photography. -66 and in Seattle for 42 of it.
though i haven't discussed that here, yes, that has been a major adjustment for me. christian has been a huge part of my life for the last four years, and i'm still processing all of that. thank you for watching 🙏

Thoroughly enjoyed this vlog, Nathaniel. I love sitting quietly in my chair and listen to the sounds around me...the wind, the birds, tiny animals scurrying around in the brush and around the trees. I dislike campgrounds with the noise pollution. People say they're camping, too, as their noisy generators fill the air with that annoying hum. Sorry, that is not camping. Your videos are the real joy of being one with nature. My coffee and food tastes better in that environment. Great guitar and keyboards work BTW.
I like your music; my sons are also musicians (what is that keyboard?). The Olympic Peninsula is a beautiful place, I've been right next to it for two years and love the spring/summer/fall camping.
