Apple iPhone 13 Pro Cinematic Demo

I'm impressed by the software and technology behind the Cinematic mode on the iPhone 13 Pro. While it won't replace even a basic mirrorless camera system with true depth of field, the fact that it can process in real-time face, pet, and object tracking, depth maps, masking, and gaussian blur on 4k 60 video on a smartphone processor is impressive to me. The other fun part is being able to re-focus the camera in iMovie, which is not something any film editor is used to! Considering the majority of media is consumed from a smartphone, the quality is good enough for the the masses, just as fake depth of field in portrait mode is already considered an acceptable filter. Not to mention this is only the first generation. No, Apple, any cinematographer worth their salt will NOT be using Cinematic mode on iPhone for anything serious.
