AMD are so underrated
Hell no its overrated on all youtube videos

AMD gpu’s r heavily underrated; theyre cheaper, run cooler, got better performance, and carry more VRAM
No, in no circumstance does an amd gpu outperform nvidias of the same tier. Maybe In the lower end or previous generation? But amd absolutely curbstomps nvidia in price to performance.
(Edit) But yes I agree everything else you said besides performance.
Still need competition as without AMD and even intel try start. No one be able afford Nvidia if only ones left on market@@Karmacide

This list shows why Nvidia is focused on selling their gpus companies to use for AI cuz their new ones are so expensive to where majority of gamers don't buy them
The chart comes from gamers
Nvidia is keeping 90% market share for a while now. After rdna 2 im pretty certain that for some obscure reason 90% of gamers want nvidia to become a monopoly. Maybe they think gpus are still too cheap. Its anyones guess
Nvidia is selling way more high end gpus than AMD so thats not really true. Their best seller is their middle of the ground average consumer product which is expected
@@kingiument4627 You know how many gamers buy top tier gpus according to Steam? Its roughly 3%. The mid range is where the money is made.

I’ve had Nvidia my entire life as a pc user, finally making the switch the amd this month
@@Laramoney11hey me too! I went from a 960, to a 1660Super to switching sides and going with the Amd 7900XTX
@@GungHoSourdoughheyyyy I did too! 1050 Ti Mobile, then 1650 Super, then RTX 3070, now a 7800 XT. I plan on upgrading to a 7900 XTX or a 4090 in the future
The nitro+ is the goated model and hasn’t let me down once 💯
I have the Taichi from asrock and it has served me well, along with running cool
It is sad bc amd has amazing price to perforance
the truth is GPU last for years if they're not broken by looking at the list most of the top top gpus are super old to where they're super cheap on the used or New market compared to the new AMD and Nvidia gpus. Most people buy whatever GPU they can afford and keep them for a long time until they upgrade then sell the old one on the used market that's why the list shows the top used gpus 1 to 3 or more generations
How long does a GPU last for with moderate use without something breaking? I want to get an RX 7800 XT and not change it for 5-6 years. Should be more than enough for my needs.
@@Generationalwealth94i still have my gtx 1650 and plan to keep it 2 more years
Well this is cool and all but it’s not true. Most people aren’t “getting whatever they can afford” it seems that the overwhelming majority of dedicated graphics cards sold new or used are from NVIDIA. Which is partially why even used you’ll find NVIDIA cards more expensive than AMD, they just have more demand
My 6750xt was an insane upgrade for 1440p gaming going from a 2070super. I was worried about switching to AMD after all the nonsense about drivers and stuff like that but my experience has been amazing. I got it for £420 a year ago and it was a quality brand version too. For the price it performs so much better than any Nvidia gpu at that price point at that time and the performance only got better with newer driver updates. I won’t be going back to NVIDIA anytime soon. Don’t buy NVIDIA because that’s what is popular, buy a gpu based off the performance and features you want for the best price to performance. Don’t get a card that performs worse for a higher cost at rasterisation based off of a steam survey.
Maybe most amd user are pirates....
They can buy cheaper gpu, but cant spend money on games
I will tell you what's up. Everyone overspends on nvidea gpus thinking they are gonna be safe from any problems that team red may have had in the past
Here in Europe Nvidia GPU's are overpriced as hell. Why anyone would even consider them these days, I have no earthly idea.
Your not european in belgium nvdia cards are 100€ cheaper then amd stop spreading misinformation its malisious and shady
i’m from europe too
let‘s see rtx 4060 323 euro the cheapest one 289 euro the counterpart rx 7600 311 euro and the cheapest 272… and 4060 is a way better card with dlss 3 and fg + better optimisation. what will you get from your amd for that price? oh but yeah you saved 10 euro enjoy your big mac even if you card will die in 2 years while the same rtx will be running all games for like till the end of this generation with dlss 3 just fine🤣
@@cloud380 lol rx 7600xt 399 euro idiot stop trying to fool ppl your not even making a fair compair d.mas.s

Talking shit that nobody buys AMD anymore but AMD is actually getting some speed nowadays
It’s not that nobodies buying AMD GPU’s, it’s that nobody was buying them. NVIDIA for basically of all time has been the best, only now with the 7000 series has AMD caught up on performance, and only now has the 6000 series had enough driver updates that they’re actually WAY better price to performance.
Its not that nobodies buying, it’s that nobody was and because of that they’re a SHIT ton more NVIDIA GPU’s out there, which is why ull still see more GT-1030’s on the list then 6600xt. Even though nobody is actually buying GT-1030’s anymore
Does that AMD integrated graphics include the Steam Deck?
Good question
Honestly why Nvidia is the most used in steam survey, because Icafe or internet cafe especially in Asia most of them using Nvidia as their GPU, even some I-Cafe got sponsored by Nvidia brand.
I have an RX 6750XT which is around 360$ which outperforms the RTX 3070 which is around 650$
AMD offers the best gpu for a lower price and it has more VRAM
In Australia Amd gpu's are harder to get a hold of and offer no additional value. I ended up with a 4070ti after shopping around for a 7800xt and xtx. Both the 7800 models had limited availability here and were about the same price of the nividia card
I went the opposite route. I had a 2060. Which screamed during the harder games I like, to a 7900 XT that doesn't care how far I crank the settings.
Thats gotta be a lie, where are the rx 580 and the 5700xt
Biggest mistake from the gaming community. You can get really powerful cards, maching nvidias preformance for a fraction of the cost
Thats why i bought an RX 6750 XT
Are you sure about that? are you aware that the raster TFLOPS in the RTX 40 series is just a fraction of all the TFLOPS combined from the tensor cores, rt cores, and the OFA?
@@ianwolter6142 All of those fancy words mean absolutely nothing when an RX 6700 XT absolutely shreds the rtx 4060 in terms of Raw Framerate

No they are shit talking about it because there are better gpus available for the price.remember there are no bad gpus just badly priced gpus.
AMD is good at building CPUs. I actually like their cpus. But nvidia is far superior in GPUs and includes amazing features.
But the value is bad
Most affordable Nvidia GPU 😂
AMD users don't use steam ... They pirate games

7900xtx elite 4k gaming right here
Don't understood how steam has these numbers ive used it for many years and have never got a survey asking what I use.
It takes the information automatically based on what components are in your computer, how much free disk space you have, clock speed, etc.
Currently amd gpus are all twice the price in my country. This is the same with nvidia. The only exception seems to be the gtx 1650, 1050 ti and 1660.
I'm about to build my first pc and it will have a rx 6600 xt (ryzen 5 5600 CPU)
Awesome combo I have the same cpu with a 6650xt and I have no complaints at all
Me with a 5600xt, hmmm
And is outselling nvidea in some areas right now so it's a fault with the servey
Everyone saying AMD is underrated, but they are not really. Nvidia cards are just straight-up better in terms of features, that's why most gamers prefer them. Better raytracing performance, better upscaling tech, NVEC, CUDA etc...
most of these don't get used by majority of people
Let's just see about APUs!
Because their Think AMD driver bad. Meanwhile me using RX570 > RX580 > RX6600 without problem since 2020.
Honestly, i bought secondhand RX6600 still beast than my last RX580, almost twice performance
Lmao i sold my AMD as soon as I found out it wasnt a studio ready GPU, ive had so many issues with my AMD GPU including weird artifacts on the screen etc etc.

Me as a RX580 user 🗿🗿🗿
I’m happy with my 6900 xt rtx 3090 performance at 3080 price probably even less right now and if not the rx 7800 xt probably is
The reason people are not buying AMD because they're getting sucked in buy Nvidia with all their software garbage I would love a AMD GPU is there way more cheaper but unfortunately things such as company favouritism exists which means I can't use a AMD graphics card as as one of the games I play is not optimise nor are all the features usable on AMD graphics cards
And Intel?
I have a radeon 7600
I had AMD gpu but the drivers got replaced by windows updates. And I end up with crappy AMD old drivers all the time. I watched a lot of videos to stop this from happening but it never worked . Now I upgraded to Nvidia and I never have any troubles with drivers.

Steam hardware survey is highly inaccurate and misrepresented.
steam charts are the least informative on products. Going by sales, the 7800 xt is in the top 4 month over month and the xtx is in the 10. The only card selling for nvidia is the 3060 and 4070 besides the 4090. The super refresh will replace the 4070 ti and 4080
Yet ppl say amd is so underrated, or the best, etc, etc. If you could just understand dlss and rt you'll see why nvidia gpu kicks in the ass mutiple times amd gpu's

@JimmyLovesSalt I have no idea, I'm currently using it for a 240hz 1080p build.
