    I have ME and I have the sunflower lanyard and it is so useful I find this channel useful as I suffer with chronic illness and can relate to some of points you make

      @@LivedHealthParks I haven't used it abroad as I am not well enough to travel. I find the sunflower lanyard useful in this country
