Hello, a month ago I ordered an item worth $370 and DHL says they never got the package and tracking says it may be lost and live chat person said sorry and left the chat to add another person who asked me to come back tomorrow. Clicking Refund/Replacement goes to many other options but none of them actually go for refunding. The tracking info only shows label being created so it makes sense DHL was not given the package, so what should I do in this case, since I dont see any delivery dates, only "Package may be lost" and may still arrive.
