I always have a hard time following the crochet tutorials but yours was so easy. The way you show step by step with close up shots really make a difference. Also your voice is so soothing to listen to. Thank you for sharing this wonderful rug tutorial. I’m gonna make one for my kitty too! 🐈😁❤️🙏🏽
Hello, just wanted you to know that I follow your video and was able to make me a rug. Thank you for your step by step instructions it was very easy to follow.
Love this pattern! It is so easy follow and yet has the look of an intricate pattern. I wanted something textured for a bath mat and I am using blanket yarn. Thank you posting this!
Thank u for sharing this tutorial! I know it was posted a few yrs ago but it's exactly what I was looking for! Can't wait to make it 🙂 btw I'm subscribing to ur channel.
Thank u so much💜 I was looking for rug crochet and found your page. Your explanation is amazing🤗 I learnt a lot of tips💜 Please publish new videos💜 I will be waiting🧿
Love this tutorial, one of the best I’ve seen. Thanks so much for sharing. I love this stitch, was wondering if you will be doing one for a circular rug, pretty please 😀🤞🏻.
Hi, would you do a tutorial on crocheting a watermelon slice? I’d love to make one to wear as a necklace pendant or earrings. Your instructions are easy so that’s why I’m asking. No worries if you can’t or don’t want to. Thanks and love your videos! ❤️🙏🏽
I think I got it : The piece attached to rug you cut and the piece adding you cut also. Then, insert the cut end of adding piece into the cut of the attached piece. Then take uncut end of adding piece and insert into the cut of the adding piece.
I love this rug! Your video is very easy to understand! Thank you so much! I have been searching for the exact color you are using. Did you say Pacifica Multicolor? Would you mind telling me where you purchased it?
I really would prefer this rug the other one proved to be more difficult. Please let me know if you have a pattern, I am having trouble with the turning to the noxt rows. I am trying to make this for my daughter's new bathroom remodel. thank in advance.
Can it be machine washed and dried? I am looking for a cotton inside door rug that I can beat out the dirt n wash and dry it once a while. I am tired of polypropylene rugs.
You can make it with anything, however I find that the yarn I used is smooth and flat, there is no fuzzies as with other type of yarn and its also machine washable. It turns out better and is more durable .
I suppose you can use any yarn you want, however I find that this yarn does not frill like some acrylics do. Whatever yarn you choose, make sure that it does not frill. It has to look solid.
I realize this is an older vid. I've never seen that yarn. It appears as tubular? Or do my eyes deceive me? What is the fabric content? Natural or acrylic? Yardage and where available, now? Thx, LYNDA in It. Great tutorial, btw. 🤔
Here's a written pattern for those of us who put down our projects for too long. I made this project and it turned out great. But be careful to count your puffs and get that last stitch before you turn. www.yarnspirations.com/bernat-bubble-bathmat/BRC0524-001603M.html?cgid=patterns#prefn1=brand&prefv1=Bernat&prefn2=patternSkillTypeString&prefv2=Crochet&prefn3=patternSubCategoryRefinement&prefv3=Home+D%C3%A9cor&prefn4=yarnProductLine&prefv4=Maker+Home+Dec&start=6

I modified this pattern a bit to give the mat more squish and it really works well! Just work the puff so it has 10 loops before you seal it.
Very easy to follow!! Thank you...Btw You have beautiful hands!
You are very kind. Thank you.
I was looking for a rug pattern and happened upon this video. It was kismet that I had picked up this exact yarn!
Wow. It was meant to happen.
well done love it
Me too! Very nice!
Thank you.very much.
what size hook
Size 5
Such a clear, calming and straight forward tutorial! I wonder about the size (width and length) of the rug and also the total length of used yarn.
The size is 1 1/2 ft x 2 ft and I used the two pkgs shown. If you want a bigger rug, use more yarn. Customize it to you.
Wow i love it
Love this tutorial, one of the best I’ve seen. Thanks so much for sharing. I love this stitch, was wondering if you will be doing one for a circular rug, pretty please 😀🤞🏻.

I don't have a written pattern. Sorry. But there is written instructions throughout the video. Hope that helps.
Can it be machine washed and dried? I am looking for a cotton inside door rug that I can beat out the dirt n wash and dry it once a while. I am tired of polypropylene rugs.
Yes, you can machine was, but do it in cold water and low heat for dryer.

Yes, soon.
Can this be made with Bernet blanket yarn?
You can make it with anything, however I find that the yarn I used is smooth and flat, there is no fuzzies as with other type of yarn and its also machine washable. It turns out better and is more durable .
Can I have a crochet what is price
How about using acrylic yarn?
I suppose you can use any yarn you want, however I find that this yarn does not frill like some acrylics do. Whatever yarn you choose, make sure that it does not frill. It has to look solid.
رووووووعه
Hello, could you please tell me what are dimensions of this rug. And which garn, thickens or length should i use...thank you!
1.5ft x 2 ft. The yarn is Bernat Maker Home Dec. The yarn thickness is 5 and color is Pacifico Multicolor
what is this stitch called? Could it be used to make an oval rug?
Zig Zag puff stitch.
What are the dimensions for this particular rug? How would you make it bigger?
It is 1 1/2 ft x 2 ft. If you want a bigger rug, just add more chain to the desired length, then just add more rows. You will need more yarn.
Thank you!
Please, what is the size of this mat?
The size is 1 1/2 ft x 2 ft.
Went to another rug, due to no answer to question.
Your question went to my spam folder. I didn't get it. Sorry.
That's so cool , how many balls you need for this same measurement mat ??
Buy two.
hook size?
I used a size 9 hook, however the correct hook to use is size 7.
Thank you
Do you have written instructions for this pattern. I'm having trouble with this pattern
No I don't, but its a zig zag puff stitch I'm using.
I realize this is an older vid. I've never seen that yarn. It appears as tubular? Or do my eyes deceive me? What is the fabric content? Natural or acrylic? Yardage and where available, now? Thx, LYNDA in It.
Great tutorial, btw. 🤔
Its a cotton and nylon blend and it is tubular. What I like about it is that it does not frill. It is available in Walmart and Michaels
Lynda Thomas cotton and nylon
Lynda Thomas: I don’t know if you got the yarn, but Yarnspiration.com has it on sale for $6.59. They have this color and others, too.
Here's a written pattern for those of us who put down our projects for too long. I made this project and it turned out great. But be careful to count your puffs and get that last stitch before you turn.
