Set aside the names and forms and break everything down to the elements. Is there matter here or is it just thought? It is just thought. Earth, wind, fire, water and space, it is only a modification of consciousness. If you find yourself undergoing a difficult medical procedure the knowledge that the elements are only consciousness will help you a lot.

If you can remember back when you were 2 or 3 years of age and can touch a little of that memory , it becomes apparent how aware we were and free of most programing . We were living much more in the present in that seeming past .

I have noticed a similar feeling recently, and questioning these instincts and ideals before allowing it to evoke my self is very transformative, especially viewing it as conditioning or a program. It helps to find my true self in this reminder. You are not the way you're programmed to be.

You can never catch the Self: when you are about to experience it, you turn it to object and that is not the Self.
I think if I were to put this simply, believe in God and that God is in control. Live your life with faith that you are being led to your ultimate purpose and everything else will be easy to accept, as part of your journey.

I know some of us were born as what some would call enlightened. Being in a state of bliss and joy was natural. The world told us we were a religion, political party, occupation, etc burying us in systems and fear and we forgot that we are not those things although they are a part of the experience.

The image we produce about another is itself produced on the basis of cognition, and cognition again on the basis of experience. With every person who sees the same person, another image, another representation of that person.
Everyone lives in his personal cosmos, I think, that cosmos should become free from suffering, and full of happiness.
Happiness for all is a lofty goal which will never again turn into its opposite.

We are not what is known but that which knows, and the only "thing" that knows is consciousness. There is no subject here, because a subject is necessarily known. This subject that I think I am is only known; but what knows it? Only consciousness. And that is the I that I am.

Hey there my friend. In the Shaiva tradition Shiva is a representation of the ultimate Brahman, same as Vishnu in the Vaishnava tradition. Remember, don't confuse Brahma the creative principle/creator god of the trimurti with Brahman as the ultimate reality. Hope this helps.

Does Near Death Experience relate to spirituality too? What people have gone through and came back to Earth.
You exist, and to know that you exist you have to be conscious that you exist it is this knowing that you be that is the actual self not the body. Your body is just a tool an instrument that the self uses to achieve a means to an end ( sense gratification,liberation ) so it's value is in relation to the self not unto itself. So everything about the field of activity ( physical body, subtle mind and intelligence ) is centered around the self. The self Isn't some social construct it is the highest principle that makes reality understood so nothing can underlie consciousness as the source existence that is the ground existence of reality.

Suffering isn't seperate from the experience, all sounds nice in words but the reality of suffering for long periods affects almost everyone except for very few. It takes a strong mind trained well to not be moved by relentless great pain
Yes it does. It took me over a decade of daily deep surrender before I could realease the extreme volition of an agitated mind sufficiently so that eventually it became quiet again.
That's why one better acquires that capacity BEFORE pain of a driven mind is going on "Autopilot".
Many people experience great distress in meditation as the Ego usually experiences stillness as real Terror if self annihilation - and that terror just fuels that mind so it can become very difficult to interrupt this cycle even when you're very aware of it.
That's then why SURRENDER is so important. Way before I learned to bear my mind I learned by plain necessity to surrender it. At the beginning of that surrender it's only just partial but it offers still enough relief of the inner tensions of the mind so that one CAN proceed from there.
I always remember what Alberto Villoldo told about his experience of going to the jungle with his shaman.....
All was very still in the jungle as they approached it....
The shaman entered into the jungle....all remained very still.
Yet as Villoldo tried to follow him all hell started consistently break lose....
When he asked the shaman about the WHY the shaman told him that Westerners are very toxic people and that the animals in the jungle were alarmed just by the toxic activity/hostility of their minds way before they could smell or hear them they noticed that "something out of sync with nature" was intruding their environment.
Villoldo then said it took him literally TEN years of intense daily purification of all the accumulated junk in his mind before he was finally able to enter the jungle - and all remained still for the very first times.
When you look at the global epidemic of drug/alcohol abuse where people desperately try to become oblivious to their own toxic frenzy inside that story of Villoldo makes perfect sense and correlates FULLY with my own experience and decadelong efforts to either purify the mind - or simply die.
The average child is already highly traumatized before they themselves are even aware of it and the constant escalation of school shootings the last decades is just one of the countless consequences of that traumatic mindset...
And hardly anyone in the west has sufficient knowledge to train and heal these multitudes of hundreds of millions of traumatized abused/abusive parents passing their condition on to their kids in a society that pretends to be "innocent and "shocked" of all that - though itself is based on entirely unsustainable, exploitative and abusive principles in a culture based ENTIRELY almost in plain Ego - get it while you can no matter the damage and cost for ANYBODY else.
Plain hypocrisy and sick bigotry.
I always liked that Leonard Cohen song line in "natural born killers" :
I smell the future - and it's MURDER.....
And doesn't it smell like that everywhere ?
This world with it's infinite cruelty, suffering, injustice, abuse, murder & violence is nothing else but a pathological INSIDE CONDITION of humanity being projected OUT by billions of minds - and NOTHING will ever change that.... no Jesus coming ever sown from some silver clouds as someone like Christ sure KNOWS that is the PERSONAL DUTY of everyone to transform their minds to finally became their OWN SAVING GRACE by diligently pursuing a spiritual path of SELF TRANSFORMATION rather than religious bigotry, self deception and irresponsibility.
The fundamental ROOT SOURCE of suffering is man's very own unhealed toxic fearbased mind - and in THAT recognition combined with the willingness to finally transform ones own mind lies the ONLY HOPE of humanity as any honest contemplation WILL show directly.
Still only a minority catches up on that level of genuine responsibility - so epic global conflict, destruction and suffering is INEVITABLE.
As we all have witnessed over the last thousands of years in EVER ESCALATING Magnitude - haven't we ??
If one Auschwitz and Hiroshima weren't enough for humanity to understand what I just wrote above - a THOUSAND Auschwitz and Hiroshima eventually WILL achieve THAT as NO ONE can bear INFINITE PAIN.
Or as the Jewish Talmud has stated for Millennia;
Watch your thoughts, emotions and actions as they all WILL eventually and inevitably become your character, destiny and fate....no one EVER got away with ANYTHING escaping successfully their very own level of mind - not even by suicide or even a TRILLION of foul prayers asking God to do for US what we're unwilling to do for ourselves amd all our fellow man.
Either WE DO - or we suffer through all the consequences set into motion by our own Ego.
Anything else is plain self delusion and self destructive deception.
The war in Ukraine most certainly DID NOT HAPPEN because of just Putin's mind but ALL OUR MINDS combined.
Whatever one's "favorite hate figur" is - that HATE INSIDE YOU manifested the very person of your hate in the outward world - not EVER the other way around.
That you would be such a sweet nice guy if there just weren't all these Bozos "out there ".....😋😉
WHO & WHAT dreamed them all into existence ?
And just WHY should Hitler or Putin or ANYBODY just drop their hate if you're unwilling to drop yours ?
That's just PATHETIC DISHONESTY to ever even only IMAGINE that it works that insane way.
And as we ALL can see already with a rather meager level of self honesty - it OBVIOUSLY DOESN'T......
No one's Life from time IMMEMORIAL has ever been peaceful BEFORE their mind became it.
So YOUR life experience over the last decades gives YOU a fairly good indication of the true condition of your own mind.
People don't drink themselves to death because they were abused.
Or betrayed. Or any other deceptive story of "victimization" in the outward world.
They ALL drink themselves to death because they found no other way to shut up the abusive thoughts and emotions in their OWN MIND inside.
And only there inside their own mind any genuine healing could EVER occur.
And we ALL contribute to everyone elses suffering by our resistance to undo our own suffering, our own fearbased negative thoughts & emotions.
I remember well when the mother of a junkie came to me one day asking for help of her daughter.
At that time my mind was already quite clear and still finally so I witnessed directly how the mother's very intense negative mindset contributed directly to her daughter's addiction and told her cautiously to stop worrying about her daughter but finally take care of her own negative mind to cut the cycle.
However that was more self responsibility that she could handle and started to lash out in ferocious hate towards me - the same intense unhealed unaddressed hate that has been rampaging through the entire family system for many years in continuous escalation that her daughter so desperately tried to medicate with Heroine. Intuitively the mother knew that she was part of the problem not the solution so her hatred towards me was a desperate attempt to get rid of that underlying self hatred for that - and her deep guilt over that blocked any self honest conscious awareness of all that.
So she became a mother blaming society, the "system" etc. but never openly herself. Secretely she sure did......we all know secretly who we really are doing....don't we ??😉
A few months after that her daughter died by a deliberate overdose....but in truth she was murdered by her own negative mind....her mother's negative mind and the whole unhealed negative mind of ALL OF US that creates all our individual and collective suffering and hells.
It's completely POINTLESS and just a total waste of time to "fight the world or the "system" from such a negative mindset - that will ONLY cause further escalation of suffering and destruction.
So will guilt, shame, fear, anger just FUEL the already raging fire....
Rather learn to not engage in fueling the fire and being willing to learn how to REALLY extinguish it by true efforts and practice over your remaining years of physical existence within yourself.
We tend to battle rather the symptoms not the root cause of the disease....our current model of medicine reflects that really "well".....
And by now our resistance to tackle the root causes of all our suffering our global manifestations of it even threaten our very survival as a species globally...
Though it's still unfortunately a minority that sees this dire human predicament and it's ONLY real hope for transformation clearly - but at least that number IS growing.
As human suffering increases eventually willingness to transform oneself will also increase though it's sure wiser to learn and understand all that already before it all escalates within your mind & life.....🤗
The unconditioning or dissolving the ego is possible only by meditation , no amount of intellectual understanding can help . Technique I found useful for me is Vipassana meditation . Vipassana Meditation can help in alleviating suffering .

No!!!! When you see the universe including you coming into existence from that inner source then you as an identity are totally liberated!!!! Nothing to think and nothing to do!!! Your dream has broken!! No prayers, no bible, no Quran and no toiling of your body in different yoga postures is necessary!! Just remain quiet and enjoy the vastness and unending parabrahman!! This is the real satsang!! Sat means true and sang means yourself!!!! So remain with yourself and be happy!! This we call unconditional love!!!!!
With this 1/2 realized truth, then how can I affect the world that still sees itself as separated beings whose whole society including trade and commerce focus only in the individual. After all we keep returning to this body & lifetime and waking reality

People think that they are (not as they see but as they were told) one with the source of ultimate wisdom and that every brain fart they have needs to be translated into the new Bible as it’s Gods wisdom straight from heaven.

Hi Antonio. There is no " a part of itself." Nothing is apart from Brahman. We only think we are. Brahman is undivided and no separation exists in reality.
