The new Brooks Ravenna 4s are ADORABLE! Purple and neon green. I run in Brooks too, and was soooo excited that they finally made some cute ones!
i would really like some more workout/exercise videos they are very helpful! i really liked this one and it kinda motivated me to wake up early tomorrow morning and go for a jog! Love your videos dani! :)
this video was so motivational! I'm very good about working out and running, but the last couple months i've fallen off the wagon a bit and have been trying to find my way back and this video definitely helped!

I have run 3 half marathons, and am training for another right now! I have the same running shoes as you, and these are my favorite pair of running shoes so far! I hardly feel them and haven't gotten any blisters! In addition to good workout clothes, shoes, garmin, and iPod, I suggest a workout buddy! It's much easier to start and stick with a workout plan when someone else does it with you! Keep up the awesome videos!

can everybody please stop commenting things such as," you look like a boy" or "you need to put on weight" or "you have no boobs" seriously why can't people just comment that they loved the video? if you want to think mean things, you can. that doesn't mean you have to say them.
I run in Saucony Peregrines... they're essentially the trail version of the Kinvara, which I plan to try next, since I've heard really great things. Saucony in general seems to be a brand that works really well for me. I would say another piece of advice for new runners would be to ramp up your distance slowly and always stretch afterwards. That will help prevent injuries.

I love Sauconys, I use them for racing spikes and trainers, but when I want lighter shoes I get the Nike Pegasus. They are INCREDIBLE!

I have been wearing the same Nike running shoes since 6th grade cross country until junior year of high school when i realized running shoes were getting so much lighter so I got really nice new Nike shoes and it made SUCH a difference! I felt like I was walking on air

I have the Garmin watch too! It's always attached to me even when I'm not running.
Thanks for the video. I like how easy and simple you make everything. Sometimes people make working out so complicated and boring but this was perfect. I actually feel like I could do this everyday. And to all the people that say skinny people don't need to work out, well everyone should work out because its healthy :)
i don't use twitter but, i just wanted to tell you i run in asics phoneix 4 because i LOVE them! they're so comfortable and light... AND they come in awesome colors!! mine are the fushia, neon blue and purple ones.

people need to shut up telling her shes too skinny! body bashing is not nice! everyone is made differently. health is what matters, not size! btw, this is totally unbiased because i'm on the bigger side. it just bothers me when i see people making assumptions based on someones appearance!

I also run in Brooks but I have the PureConnects and I LOVE THEM. I find they are very light like the Nike Free Run 3 but have alot more support and quality to them.

I wear Mizuno Wave Ride 15's and they're bright yellow. My parents actually bought me a pair of Brooks for my birthday but I decided they weren't a bright enough color! Haha the sunshine yellow ones I have now are awesome. And I think they were even like $20 cheaper than the brooks. They're so cute though!
I feel so guilty watching this. I study physical therapy and I always say to patients to exercise 3-5 times a week, but when it comes to me, I'm happy if I have time for it twice a week. This video gave me some motivation, so I hope you'll make more, just to remind me to do something. :)
Dani you shouldn't worry about the level of fitness of other people. Everyone has to start from somewhere, and at some point those 50 year old men were probably pretty average. I do heaps of classes and honestly don't care if I'm not as good as other people. You do improve and I have immensely since beginning group fitness at my gym :)
If one's ankles are together and the knees (and thighs) don't touch, that is called being bow-legged. A thigh gap is when the knees are together but the thighs don't touch. Bow-leggedness is a mild skeletal deformity.
I don't have a twitter so I'm just gonna say it here: My running shoes are grey black and hot pink from Nike and they have that dynamic support thing too! Love this video!!:)

I love, love, love this video! So helpful. I've just begun running. This was very helpful and real. I have to take breaks between my runs. Still working on building up my endurance. I have a question. What do you do when you get a cramp? Do you stop or just run through the pain?

my ankles roll in too and the running store recommended the asics gt-2170. the best part is that they actually came in purple!

i also have really severe inward-rolling ankles and i run in my favorite neon Nikes, i just put insoles in and they work really well :)

I love running, but my running schedule is so erratic because of my class schedule. But I do yoga (been a few weeks since I worked out though because I got slammed with coursework as the end of the semester is approaching this month and I graduate on April 26th) and am in shape for the most part. My university is actually doing a Swoop the Loop (a 5k run) this Sunday and it's free for current students and I'm off work so I'm thinking of doing that.
is it not bad for you to run every day? I have heard that you shouldn't run every day, because it undermines your muscles?
Is that correct?

Hi Dani!! So you mentioned in the video that you signed up and ran half marathons, and I was wondering, did u have to do specific training for it or does daily runs do you justice? Do u run like certain miles each day or just run? Were the half marathons very difficult to run? Im interested in signing up but im kinda nervous that I'm gonna get too tired or if I'm not trained enough to run the whole thing. Hope you can answer my quick questions :) thanks!!!!!!!!!!
