  • In socks or bare feet, stand with your feet 8” apart. Take a level approximately 2ft long and put it between your legs. Pull the level up with the same pressure you feel when sitting on a saddle, approximately 25lbs of pressure, and have your helper level the level and measure from the ground to the top.
    A second option is to stand against a wall and place a large book with a 1" binding between your legs and firmly against the wall so that the book is at a right angle. Pull the book up against your pelvic bone with saddle pressure, approximately 25lbs, and measure from the top edge of the book to the floor.
    Please note: inseam length is NOT the same as pant length. Pant length is typically 1.5-2.5 inches shorter.
