The most underrated horror movie of all time
I was 7 when I saw this trailer for the first time. It scared the living crap out of me.
I was 9 and this trailer haunts me to this day.
I had to look it up for closer. Seriously.
I hope to sleep tonight.
Me too. I was in Canada from the U.K. when it was released. The advert freaked me out…….and I was 14! Worse still, after only three viewings, that awful rhyme was burned into my memory. I am 51 now and it still puts the bejesus up me……
Oh the childhood nightmares from this.
It's actually a pretty, unique movie though. Can't say I've seen anything like it.

I think I will have to watch it. I have heard that it is something of a cult classic now, but fared badly when released. I do remember the immediate controversy as disability rights representatives questioned the imagery and content. Overall it seems intelligent and a change from usual George A. Romero fare.
Same here! I was also 7 in 1988.
This trailer does not show the story behind it. Jason Beghe gives a brilliant performance as an athletic law student who in a tragic accident become quadriplegic.
Great flick, I miss the 80s
This is the trailer that scared Black Nerd Comedy, that's how I'm familiar with this movie.
I still remember this movie all these years later, and Im not really that into horror films or Romero. The guy filled his backpack with bricks before going for a run....wow. A car hit him and all the bricks go flying.
love this movie...timeless
I know this is a movie, but if we’re talking logically, there’s no way a capuchin could be that murderous. If it were a chimpanzee on the other hand, then it would be freaky.
Capuchin monkeys are usually pretty nice, but chimpanzees are very dangerous tbh.
And yeah, if it was a chimpanzee the one who's psychically linked here... we'd be in DEEP trouble.
There was film called Link which involved a higher non-human primate. Pretty entertaining
Wonder if would be a horror movie with a killer penguin?
Surprised that hasn't been done yet but the closest thing you get to that is Batman Returns
I enjoyed this movie immensely but if anyone can help me understand what the front box cover represented where the monkey had monstrous teeth wasn't very clear
You better watch out, baby who's that?
Don't look now, there's a monkey on your back
You Know, Ella Jumpscare Is a Wrath From This Spooky!!!!! May be Shout You Fird Him!!!!!!!
Thank you crazy bot mean stupid people don’t like it but it’s okay I just got started and I’m still waiting on the video
Super scariest movie ever 😱
Some would disagree but I actually thought it was suspenseful and kinda terrifying, a underrated film from the late George A. Romero.
@@tonymata8070as a person who is wheelchair bound, this is the stuff of nightmares.
This may be wrong, but I could never get mad at a monkey who would kill for me. She loved him. I mean, it’s not like she killed really good people. 😂
