HUGE BELIEVER in The Five Minute Journal! It's helped me launch our RUclips Channel and in 1 month I've taken massive action and created and released 15 videos about self improvement and success! I encourage EVERYONE to incorporate The Five Minute Journal into their lives

March 2024. I used the 5MJ format for many years. But, when I came across this video and your video on note taking it help jump start my journaling. My morning entries were repetitive and didn't write what I was feeling. On your note taking, my big AHA was to review my notes regularly to embed the memory. I'm also going to review Tools of Titans after I wipe the dust off the book. 🙂

Did you know I have been thinking of you for a year now?
I stumbled across this exact video a little over a year ago. I love this video and yr gratitude log sheets. I haven't started myself. But tonight I seriously thought of you and your wonderful video, and decided to make my own.
I am so happy (or grateful if you like) that I found your video again.
Thanks for being a great person with a simple yet brilliant video! 💛

Strikes me that this journal is best used by those who don't have significant problems: anxiety or depression, for example. For them this is too much like toxic positivity, denying the problem and 'pulling your socks up'.
Anyone with issues needs a journal in which they can merely write about how they're feeling, to fully acknowledge issues and recognise the need to seek help.

A physical journal - putting pen on paper - definitely has my preference. However, if I want to stay aware of that feeling of gratitude and stay aligned with my goals during the day, I much prefer writing it digitally. I'm now using a personal dashboard - www.derigodash.com - that helps me stay on track and reminded on what's important to me :-)

Did he mention in this video that he created this journal and this is basically an advertisement? Don`t get me wrong, I`m sure it`s great, but it seems a bit tricky how he forget to mention that he makes money by selling these journals... also the co- creator is A. Ikonn that`s why he`s on the website with his wife on the pictures... Nice 9 minutes AD, for which he didn`t pay for, instead other people pay him by watching it. (plus buy it too)

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback! I'd love to share some more information about Tim Ferriss and his support of the Five Minute Journal. Tim himself is not in fact a creator or owner of "The Five Minute Journal" and therefore does not earn on any sales, but is simply a loyal friend of Intelligent Change who met one of our co-founders who was speaking about the journal at a conference some years ago. Tim was truly inspired by the journal and decided it was something he would love to add to his own daily routine, as well as support and share with his audience. This is why his is featured on our website providing a review and feedback on the journal. With that being said, the co-founders of Intelligent Change are UJ Ramdas, as well as Alex Ikonn, as you mentioned, who created the Five Minute Journal together. Should you have any further questions, or wish to sample the journal for yourself, I invite you to reach out directly at hello@intelligentchange.com. Our Customer Experience team would love to connect!
