Do you think that learning AFM without rotor pedals is worth tryin? I tried flyin on AFM with just my hotas but the heli is just bouncing and bouncing.. really hard to control with the stick. Do you fly on pedals? Great stuff btw!
i flew with a controller. that way i had analog controlls for both pedals and collective, albeit on really small controllsurfaces. I would recommend getting something analog to controll the pedals with, like a set of pedals. it makes things way easier and more fun
It's a bug, theres not really a good way of getting rid of it, but if you want to reneck pawnee with afm you can get rid of the bug by taking off and switching to SFM while in flight, fly around for a bit and then switch back to AFM, but this will cause your heli to do weird shit on other peoples screen when you are landed (such as barrerolls and stuff, basically looks like a breakdancing helo) so its only really usable if you're rednecking, unless ur ok with freaking people out when ur waiting for passengers. The fix will work for as long as you are sitting in the pilotseat, if you get out or get shot and revived you need to do the fix over again

When I use AFM, passengers often say that my network is unstable. There is no problem with SFM. How did you solve it.

i would like to get into dcs but the heli is too expensive and i'm only on controller, would need at least a hotas setup, preferebly pedals as well
