John Love ya man, Keeping Racing and Winning! Kenny I watched that 1 hour 16 min. I swear to the Lord that was five hours, maybe more, of Content. Im plum worn Out. That was a WORLD SERIES champion game, A DAYTONA, A NHRA NATIONALS CHAMPIONSHIP battle all rolled into one. WOW Ive watched him since i was a kid, and Never learned as much about him or Racing than I just did in one Hour. More about life, manhood, success, business. DAMN. Thank you Kenny, and John Force. Tv is so Quick..ten secound sound bites. Learning who John force really is was amazing. I never cared for him, I knew he was good, but his energy was fierce and some how was scary or iritating. But spending and hour with him, I realize im like him and Hes a good loving, intense guy. Always driven to be the best or to make someone proud, while realizing eyes where on them too. My kind of guy. When I was a Police officer, people would say I scared them, with my intestity. "I WAS DIFFERENT AT WORK" Guess thats who I saw, John Force at work, but to see him for an hour at "home" . I gotta say I love the Dude. Great PodCast. ps. Thats whats missing in out ten second soundbite world. the person. Great Job Kenny!
I have been a Force Fan for 35yrs, met him many times, drank and gambled with him, great genuine guy. Watching him and Kenny is like watching a couple of strung out squirrels!! Lol, great interview, love both these guys..
My dad was an amateur racer and John has always been his favorite and therefor became mine. I've been able to shake Johns hand in the pits more than once. He's an amazing person and one hell of a character. What a legend
John and Austin Coil were a great team. John's big personallity and Castrol made Funny Car and drag racing. John and Kenny two great personallity. Thanks from Maple Grove and Pa.
Fantastic interview between two larger-than-life individuals. God bless both of you. I was at the Dallas race when John Force crashed, Kenny Bernstein was in the other lane. I'm so glad John Force was able to survive and thrive.
This is the epitome of the "Kenny Conversation." It zigs and zags but, is full of great stories and insight on motorsports and the people that are involved in it.
Your best interview yet! If any of you that have watched this and made a comment and have never attended an NHRA event you need to go to one. I’ve been to 80 events in 36 years and it’s the very best sport on the planet.
One of my greatest regrets is not seeing an NHRA event. I would always tell myself that next year will be the year I go. Something always came up so it was always next year. I really wish I would have made time to see one.
I’m big on NASCAR and have been since 1964. Buying tickets, t shirts, bumpers stickers, key chains basically all their merchandise AND WHEN I INCLUDED NHRA JOHN FORCE IS NUMBER ONE IN MY BOOK AND THE MAIN REASON IS HOW MUCH HE LOVES THE LORD JESUS CHRIST AND HIS FAMILY. John is God First family second and then himself. Now since my Dad was a preacher growing up anyone who gives the Lord Praise like John i am with them in their camp. HALLELUJAH THANK YOU JESUS !!! John simply adores his wife and daughters!!!!!!!!!!
Awesome interview Kenny. Im still racing at 65 .Started in 1977 at two local dirt tracks in Southern Ontario Canada. Thanks again for the awesome interview may the FORCE be with you. 😊
There is only one John Force. He is the real deal. Loved the story. It could have been a movie. From a nobody to a legend. Another, that was the best video ever.✌️
I could listen to you guys talk for months. This one leaves me wanting more. As always great job Kenny! John is a legend in so many ways. Beautiful human being!
I am 55 years old and remember as a young kid when he lived in SoCal going to his house and sitting in his car. He started out at Lyons Drag Strip in Long Beach, CA. My Dad and Uncle use to help him out.
Gentleman, if I may I'd like to say thank u from my heart! I just watched this and I felt like I was sitting right there with u two laughing and chatting. Just like I once did my dad of all people. In this very moment in time I needed that more then I could ever convey to u both! Two legends! A chicago fan! Dale M
Great interview..I'm 64yo and have been an NHRA fan since 1973. The Wendy's story is a classic. And Kenny you were right...Amazing Stories !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Kenny I watched that 1 hour 16 min. I swear to the Lord that was five hours, maybe more, of Content. Im plum worn Out. I’ve been a John force fan longer than I can remember my dad my grandpa my uncle my sister my brother my mom my cousins pretty much my whole family were all John forces fans and we’re all fans of his girls and son in-laws and Patrons and Austin coil and John and Eric medlin but John force has been one of my biggest heroes longer than I can remember. That’s a fact I can’t remember a time in my life that I wasn’t a John force fan so thank you John force you have never let me down as a fan we love you John and it’s not just about all the championship s it’s you as a person you’re awesome god bless you John and thank you again
Kenny I’m exactly the same as you and John when it comes to be hyperactive. My brain never stops running and always on the move. I agree movies are the one thing that relaxes me too
I just turned 47, don't feel it, no look it, don't admit it. I haven't achieved what I believe I'm meant too yet, and watching this is an inspiration to stay in the game. If I became a drag racer today, I'd have a 27 year career before I got John's age... thanks for bringing drag racers on Kenny
Kenny that was an amazing interview with John i've always looked up to him for years I started going to indy in the mid 80's and done it for 20 yrs just to watch john at th u.s.nationals from my dragracing days with Don Onken to working on the sprintcar and latemodels its been a ride.👍
I've been a NHRA fan since I was 5yrs old. My dad took me to a NHRA 32 Funny car shootout. But evolved as a young adult to a full blown NASCAR fan, hence diminishing my NHRA likeness. So John's take on Tony bringing NASCAR fans to NHRA is absolute, cause once I heard Tony was running NHRA I started paying attention again and even went to the NW Nationals last summer for the 1st time in about 10yrs.
Cletus McFarland was on a drag and drive that stopped at John's shop , Mr force was out checking out the door slammers and left a fingerprint on a hot turbo 😂 I wonder if he remembers
I am from gainesville Florida and one year in the 90s as a kid during the gatornationals i met this man at outback steakhouse or texas roadhouse, i cant remember, but he was so docile and talked so slow... i almost didn't recognize him. If it wasnt for the castrol grx shirt he was wearing i dont think i would have known it was him. At the end ofhe1/4 mile, he is talkk g so fast its crazyhow much different he is anywhere else other than after that 320 mph run
What a huge blessing of true gab, thank you Kenny and John, love the ol story, it reminds me of my child hood listening to my Dad and his friends, driving arounf in the ol 55 Chevy ,,, thanks BigAl California,,,praise Jesus Christ grace grace amen 🙏
I love listening to you guys, you are the best. I remember back in the 1980's I was at PIR with some friends in the infield. They had pit passes and garage passes so I went into the garage and watched the guys and someone next to me had a foreign accent, but I didn't recognize him at first then it came to me it was Emerson Fittipaldi that just won Indy. As I walked outside I was looking into the garage, I looked next to me and it was John Force just watching. I always loved his attitude so I look over to him and just say John, I love watching you. Keep up the great job and have fun. Then I turned to leave him alone but someone heard me and recognized him from what I said to him and he got mobbed. I always felt bad because he was just trying to be one of the crowd and I blew it for him. One other time I was taking photos for a race and ended up in the hauler trailer with Ricky Johnson and Bryce Menzies, they treated me just like John would, like a friend. Keep it going. The fun is in the memories. Don
That was excellent!!!!! I met John about 3 times at BIR raceway and got autographs. He's my NHRA hero. Thank you Kenny for this legendary interview with him!!🇺🇲🏁🍻
I've always been a fan of NHRA ,then a fan of the older NASCAR. But watching this interview with two legendary racers, I would've paid any amount to see in person. You two are the epitome working hard, scratching and clawing to live dreams, especially when nothing was given to you! Thanks!
Mr Force is the man and is a testament to all of us that still compete in competitive sports. But most of the leason of never quit and follow your dreams . Great video by both men in this video!
When I was in the Boy Scouts, I made a funny car derby wood car, identical to his 92 car, he signed it and tried to come but couldn’t make it, but I still have that derby car and one of my most prized possessions.
thanks kenny for making this video i knew about your channel true your appearance on the stapelton42 chemnel i just never watched your channel but anything john force related i can't help but watching i grewup in a small town in the netherlands i love nhra drag racing and nascar also dirt oval racing most i can only see true youtube nascar is aired here hope to see you do things for many years to come
Kenny ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS you know Force will be all over the place but ya gotta love that guy not just because he's a winner he's real that's why I love him
The G.O.A.T.,, a living legend,, Mr John Force. Kenny asked John if he thinks perhaps there's another racer out there like him,, John said there likely is BUT WE FANS SAY,, "There's NO WAY there can ever be another John Force,, NEVER because GOD broke the mold after he made John Force!" I'm a year older than John and consider myself fortunate to have been a fan of drag racing long enough to remember watching John begin and to watch him rise to the level of celebrity he is today. We'll be watching him as long as he continues involvement in drag racing. We pray, GOD Bless and protect John and his team,, Amen.
Absolutely loved the interview. Kenny please bring him back and have 2 or 3 hr special. You are talking to the one and only John Force. All his little side stories and details are gold. Thank both of you for your time and sharing your life stories with us. God bless. PS: Yes, you two could have been brothers. Your both the same. Ha.
John had a BLAST with Kenny! We hope everyone enjoys this episode of the Kenny Conversation.

Yes! The smell of nitro and rubber, the sound , and the way it all leads up to a final on Sunday. Glad for everyone's safety.
One of my greatest regrets is not seeing an NHRA event. I would always tell myself that next year will be the year I go. Something always came up so it was always next year. I really wish I would have made time to see one.
