@@hittz8331 Did you use compressors like in the video or did you manage without compressors? I believe they used a pair of shortened Performance Tools W8055. I'm asking because I have a pair of coils ready to be installed on my DTS.
@fenrislegacy NO compressor. I removed the bottom shock screw and while car was on jack stand I put hydraulic jack under lower control arm and let it down slowly. Then just pull spring out. Easy peasy.
Thanks for the reply! I did the passenger side, this afternoon, and it went well. The only bump I hit was the lateral bar, the gap of my puller was too narrow so I ground off about 3/16 of the protruding hex. The rest was as you said, easy-peasy lemon squeezy :D

Thank you!
Why wasn't the load leveling suspension sensor arm by passed like the ones from the old shocks?
Can you replace rear Struts independently from the front
Great info many thanks!
Nice video...very informative. Gonna change my 09 DTS original rear springs.
Did it work for you ?
Yes Sir....most strenuous part was flexing the control arm down. Operation was a success. Thanks Much Strutmasters for your video.
