Thanks for the honest & insightful review. Got mine during a sale yesterday & it works beautifully! But you were right about the straight blade - there is a need to apply more pressure & run it through the paper more than once.
Thank you for showing how this product works. It appears it has it's limitations. Maybe WRMK can work on perfecting the product, I think with some tweaking it could be a handy tool.
Hi Irit, I have a similar style trimmer. Try holding that "blue part" down onto the paper before you pull the blade. Hope this helps :) and thanks for sharing.
Thanks for showing us the trimmer. When I first saw ads for this new product, it seems like it would not be for me, but after seeing your video, I may have to reconsider.
Omg! I am SOOOO glad you got this. I've been looking at it and wondering wth it was. I have the regular trimmer and I really like it, its the trimmer/score board. It got almost al terrible reviews on Amozon so naturally i thought it would be a good buy haha. Anyway, I just couldn't figure out wth the dial thing was and what it might trim since the description was just as vague as the directions on how to use it. Kinda weird. I've never used a trimmer before so I can't compare with others, but with the one I have you do have to press down a little firmly, not hard, just firm I'd say. I wish I could attach that dial to my trimmer cuz that's a cool idea, I can see a lot of fun uses for the perforating blade. So, thank you so much for showing this to us, I hope to see some interesting things come from it in the near future. Make that thing pay it's way in the world 😉💜
@@iritlandgraf And that's how it is with those kind of gadgets. Woo Hoo one day, at the bottom of the closet the next weekend hahaha. That's why they people designing or revamping the old products all the time, gotta feed that consumer frenzy hahaha. And I'm right out front all glassy eyed, drooling just a tiny bit going ooh it's so pretty, I must have one to put in the bottom of my closet. Hahaha.
I feel like it is trying to do too much and does none of it very well. I would worry that I would mess up the paper more often than I would get it right.

Glad you enjoy it!

Thanks! Will do!
Thank you it works much better holding the blue edge down
I'm excited about this product. Looks like you just have to put a little pressure. Great for scrapbooking. Great for photo mats. I want one!

I'm glad it was helpful! I will be using it in my next projects, so hopefully can give a more educated opinion :)
I've found that going slower makes it work better as well as adding more pressure. The scoring doesn't work well for me either.
Thanks! I think the engineering here is not the best. I've been trying to use it more, and it's not so easy to get used to it...

I admit I don't use it much... Should probably put it somewhere closer to me...

Thank you for the demo.
Thank you for the review 🍀

I understand your concerns. I will be using it more in my next scrapbooking videos, so we can all see how it performs!

I think there's a gap just in case you want to cut more than one sheet of paper, cardstock etc.
