- My go-to top 5 easy, everyday neutral makeup looks that are beginner friendly and FAST to create! If you're rushed, or you don't want to spend a lot of time on your makeup, OR you want something fresh and light, these are some of my favorites for keeping it neutral and looks you can wear anytime, anyplace. They are also very beginner friendly tutorials! :)

This nude palette can be purchased along with the smoky and bright palettes for $9.99 in a set of three, bringing the cost of each palette to $3.33 before tax and shipping. It's good to have tutorials where it's about fast, easy and out the door. I don't always have the time to spend on elaborate eye makeup looks, and sometimes I need a good neutral for work or church, more appropriate. But I do love me some color and glitter!

I always admire your fearless approach to color, and I admire even more the fact that you carry off every one of these looks *beautifully.* I'm 52, though, with nearly-grown kids, so for myself, neutral/matte/low-key looks are definitely a lifestyle choice. So thank you so much for this video in particular! Any idea or theory why it seems to be so much harder to find COOL-toned mattes than warm-toned? I have dark chestnut hair, orangey-green/brown eyes, and very fair skin with blue undertones, so finding the perfect cool shades is important to me. What I love about this technique is ... it works with e v e r y color palate! In a mood for blue? Go medium on the lid, deeper in the crease and outer v, and light in the inner. Same for greens, purples, reds, oranges ... anything works!! It’s so easy!! It’s like, in 5 minutes ... boom - you’re done! It’s really kind of magical.

I bought that Beauty Treats palette on your recommendation years ago, it really is fantastic. In fact I just rediscovered it in my collection last week and have been using it non-stop!! Love this video, a variety of office-appropriate, neutral looks is very handy.

I still have and use that Beauty Treats palette. I got after you did that dupe video years ago - I actually bought a second one thinking I'll have an extra when I use the first one up. But even though I use it almost every day of my life, I have a LOT left of each shadow!! Great video - hope you're feeling 100% very, very soon!!

Viseart is known for smooth applying eyeshadows, so all of these are perfect.
Viseart shimmers are mostly subdued too, great for aging eyes.
If you can’t afford Viseart, just mostly stick to mattes. All the looks she showed are mattes. Aging eyes can wear shimmer, but only on the lid or inner corner. Colourpop is a cheaper alternative and you can buy individual matte shadows.
Love these looks! Keep the neutrals coming. Funny they look matte at first and then satin when your done. Hope you feel better soon. :)
