As someone who's older than your Ranchero and a fellow Ranchero owner and lifelong car nut myself, I'm thrilled to see a teenager take such interest in vintage cars. Keep up the good work and enjoy your treasure, Emma.
Great to see this young girl take interest in her Ranchero. I looking at a 1960 at the moment and I notice they had no seat belts, are seat belt easy to install? Gracias for the wonderful video.
Hello! So cool to hear you're interested in the 1960 ranchero! I bought a JEGS seatbelt kit and ended up doing some custom fabrication to add a proper 3-point seat belt to dolores. I added the JEGS seatbelt a few months after this video had been recorded. I ended up having to drill a hole in the rear shelf behind the bench seat to make an anchoring point, as well as two brackets that went into the floor behind the bench seat to hold the clasp/clip (I forget the word for it 😅) They work really well and beyond having to put a few holes in the floor and the shelf they were easy to install. They're FMVSS 209/302 certified and have made the ranchero a much safer ride. Cheers!
Wow.... Fleetwood Mac, Dean Martin... Ranchero.. What a unique youngster. Very cool.
Looking good!

I think the 1962 is the best looking of all the Falcons. I like the grill the hood deck and the tail lights.
