Great video again Paul. By the way if CTI does not sponsor you, they should. Because of your video I am now about to book an appointment for a custom knee brace to upgrade my protection. They retail for £1348, so they better sponsor you. Thank you and good luck.
Brilliant video! I was asking the same thing, regarding the neck brace. Its a must for protection and a 'pain' for looking up! Coming to Portugal next Oct, for the Six Days? Looking forward!
Body Armor: It will get very hot and dehydrate the rider when youre riding as long as they do. Neck braces: Makes it harder to look up and see whats ahead.
Body armor makes a huge difference when you crash. Saved me countless times. Great elbow, shoulder, chest and spine protection. I guess Pros don't crash as often so probably don't need them. They are not too bad even during hot days. But i guess as a pro every slight advantage counts.
@@nigelsenchez You'll see more protection creep in as the discipline moves further from extreme enduro through regular enduro and MX. The pace in EE is usually low enough that the riders prioritise free movement on the bike and lower leg protection :-)

What line KTM pants are those? I cant find any stretch pants like that? Thank you!
Why those extreme enduro riders don't use any neck brace and body armour?
personal preference, they'll be wearing it for a few hours so i think the main reason is comfort
