I love that mentions Berlin and the Berlin LP here.
It's interesting to see them dropping hints of what's to come.

Buffalo Traffic amen, but I will say for myself, since God through Jesus saved/born again me at age 6 or 7, I'm 48 now, God can and DOES use anything/everything to bring himself glory, in all he does, purposes, wills etc. God did and still has used U2 in my life from in 1983 when I was first 'touched' by them in a big way, and its been an incredible journey ever since, U2 showed me, 'there are no walls, no 'restrictions', when I saw U2 work with, play/perform/interact with all different kinds of people and bands etc. this blew out my 'limited selfish perspective' of people, music, and all kinds of things, to show, that, in right perspective, which is Jesus only, himself, =Jesus is God, that truly as scripture says 'all things are possible with God' and 'is there any thing too hard for the Lord?' so, as a born again believer in Jesus, it's all relative to God, and the joy of life, music, LIVING, =the sky's the limit! :) but only in Jesus, not anything in/of itself apart from Christ, but God can and DOES use ALL things to his glory, plans, purposes and will. :)

I`m a complete addict of U2 stuff from the 80`s. This is like x-mas eve for me watching this. I have such great memories of this period. I know it sounds conservative, U2 never bacame the same to me after Achtung baby.

Achtung Baby was their last great album, but I prefer '80-88 too

The Bono of today has become so refined from his conversations in the corridors of power throughout the world, very diplomatic. But here, he's much more raw, unfiltered and more revealing as a result. Very interesting interview, hadn't seen before. Thanks for posting

Thank God that the Irish conflict has finally ended. Bono played a big part in the process. I have freed myself from religion and legalism and following the God of my understanding. Religion divides and causes wars. I have been a fan since 84 an they have become my second favorite band of all time and it is partially due to them taking a stand for what is right ✌

@James Hutchence Been a Beatles fan since May 63 . I am not lying when I say they have helped save my life. Regretfully I now am having to sale most of my rare Beatles /Rock collection. Am dealing with multiple medical issues an my body is heading down hill. No fun getting old

@James Hutchence Dying doesn't scare me because I have a better place waiting for me. My dad died six years ago this week an have had a lot of soul searching since.. I never thought it would be so hard selling a rare collection. Do have many U2 items as well. Had Adam's autograph after hanging out around their motel for three days.. Sadly had to sale it. I can email the brand new list to anyone and I do have PayPal.. I am here in Phoenix

Someone below asked what Bono says at 7:09, and someone else responded "Do you know?" I think he's actually saying "Do you not?" In other words, Edge says you don't get chased down the street down the street in Dublin, and Bono jokes, "Do you not?" (i.e. implying that Bono does, so Edge must not be as popular)

considering what he said here, I do think Bono is a peace-lover and a genuine man...that's why I don't think his charity works are all for shows.

U2 were a band that wanted to change the world forthe bestuntil they got successful no doubt Bon was tempte by the elite with gifts threats you name it layed out the real reason why Lennon was shot and said if you dont do as we say this will happen to you aswell so Bono learnt to keep his mouth shut and couldnt resist the gifts and luxuries the elite offered him is he there for the people or out for himself?
