haha well trust me... I once was right where you are. We all have to start somewhere. The only reason I have so many subbers is because I've been consistently posting videos for almost 4 years now. These things just take time, but the subbers will eventually come. The most important thing is to always vid for yourself and not let yourself get too caught up in gaining subbers. We're all just doing this for fun anyways. :)
