I have a question: When you are auditing a client's systems/bottlenecks/tech stack to identify what they should automate, what is your process? Are you mapping out their systems in Lucid Chart, or something similar? Would love a video on that! Also (question #2) - When you are integrating a client's apps into Zapier, does that require you to need access to all of their login's and passwords?

Hey Hando, in order to achieve what you asked, all you need to do is select the action of sending an email and reformat the prompt to request just one version of the email body. The suggestion I have is, if you're having trouble with the output having superfluous text, tell ChatGPT to provide no text before or after the email body.
I am a little confused on how it will generate responses to more than one persons email. So when you chose the body of the email from the original sender how would I be able to make it generate a response on any person who sends an email?

Why everytime I try to use OpenAi or Chatgpt inside Zapier, it provides me a FAILED message where it tells me I gotta check my plan and billing details.... there is no free version or a way i can use my demo openai budget?

Hi, Thank you for your video. When I try your method which works until I switch to Publish zap mode. After he writes me this: "Gmail has some additional requirements Your Gmail data can only be sent to approved apps. Unfortunately, the app you are using is no longer supported. You'll need to edit your Zap to turn it back on. Gmail can't connect to OpenAI (GPT-3, DALL E, Whisper) Learn more"
Hey Rudy, if you are receiving this error one possible solution could be connecting the "ChatGPT" app to Zapier rather than the "OpenAI" app to Zapier. Simply go to the My Apps section in your zapier account and search "ChatGPT". You can still use the same prompts found in this video! Let me know if you have any other questions.
