One of the hardest hit areas in Nottoway County besides Blackstone are areas south of Crewe and west of Blackstone. Along Route 49, Courthouse Rd, Sneadspring Rd extensive damage to trees and powerlines were left in the wake of Saturday’s Ice Storm. Latest estimate from power crews working in the area state 2-2.5 weeks for restoration. Hardest hit areas, like seen in the video, have not been touched yet
