I had been watching her "awakening with brahmakumaris" show since 2012 and my life before and after has completely changed from suffering with inferiority complex to being able to stay confident even during difficult times. She is a teacher, a mentor who can turn the biggest suffering into a blessing.. ❤❤
I remember I lost my job few years back due to office politics n went into depression..that time I started watching Shivani didi videos for hours and started meditation and it changed my life, changed my perspective about life and helped me to grow in life. And trust me gratitude works like a magic.

very true. many years back I had heard a clip of Shiwani ma'am saying no one has the power to hurt you except for yourself where she explained that when you are in arguement with someone and say usne mera mood kharaab kr diya, then its actually you who are accepting their negativity yourself. till date when i get angry with someone because of what he/she has said i ask myself that if that person is holding shit in his hands and asking me to take that what will i do? will i accept that shit and start to stink willfully or just say thankyou and walk away. this makes me cool down.
