    I love the small little tweaks she makes are a huge difference in training, super knowledgable and explains it very well. I hope she does a posterior one with you as well!

    I also have one hand bigger than the other, but I've never given any thought as to how it affects my training. Really opens up the potential of what I've been doing wrong all these years

    This was such a great video. I'm an orchestra conductor and I've always struggled with rounded shoulders and dominant traps. I feel like this video was a wealth of knowledge. Thank you for sharing!

    Very helpful to see micro-adjustments on technique for pulls. Bringing awareness to traps is very helpful. Thank you for sharing this.

    This was a great workout! So glad you're working with this trainer. I've seen her own RUclips and she does great with her training sessions. Extremely knowledgeable of her field. Thank you for showing your learning process, because I know there's a lot of people who admire your work.

    Coach Sil seems very good at understanding body mechanics and weaknesses in certain areas. I usually do a hybrid of Mike Mentzer approach but with 3-4 second of concentric and eccentric movements for 3 sets. Better to learn your weaknesses in your off-season than in-season. How long is your off-season and in-season? Hopefully, Coach Sil's skills, will vastly improve your show results in next Olympia.

      Cool, thanks for the reply. Can't wait to see your in-season form. Really want to see how much an improvement off-season takes, especially as a rookie and a natural.

    i forgot who i've learned this from, maybe the Athlean X youtuber or even the 1 time i got a personal trainer who specialized in rehabbing/improving range of motion w/ every body part, but pulling down your traps before every upper/middle back/rear delt exercise is crucial to activating the right fibers whether it's a machine, dumbbell, barbell, hell even pull ups... @fitlifesil definitely knows what she is talking about. i used to have real bad posture with my shoulders rolled inwards from protraction motions like she noted (i work on my computer alot then everyone uses their cell phone), and between using those cues w/ back exercises, working my serratus anterior and infraspinatus, it's helped me get my shoulder blades to touch where as before, i couldn't get them to

    Great video! Great advice! But the first barbell row (where your body is closer to the ground) is called the Pendlay row. Totally fine to do

    • @fitlifesil
      @fitlifesil 7 месяцев назад +1

      For the purpose of bodybuilding it’s a medium for me - but I definitely use the pendlay row for power training and for those who are very aware of their core! :) but yeah! Totally fine to do

    mm not sure if this is right way. In movement related would be full range of motion even pasive protraction etc and you know it you are great in movements. so very subcective technic from your teacher as scap depress retraction only etc..
