I just want to point out that the bad guys never actually killed anyone in this movie. They just put one woman in the hospital ... and Seagal went on a total killing spree for that. I have a theory that if you take all of Seagal's lines from this movie or any of his movies for that matter and apply to another one of his movie, the story would still more or less be the same because there's always a strip club, corrupt cop/ fbi or dea involved, Seagal has a young hot wife or girfriend, he mumbles all his words, uses body double in half his fights and slap fights his enemies.
And he's always the ex special forces who had to leave because of the traitors inside the agency.
