This was a 'Berry' entertaining vlog Angie 😉 They look delicious, the pancake also looked delicious, oh and the milkshake too! 😋 The scenery...stunning. Thank you for your banter & being a bright spark to start my day. And thank you for taking us berry picking with you. ❤ Wishing you 'berry' safe travels. 😂❤ (sorry, couldn't help myself) 😉
Just found your channel two days ago, randomly watched 10+ of your videos and love your sense of humorous and how you live at different situation with such positive attitude. It's very relaxing and fun to watch your vlog. Please keep it up. You're so admirable. ❤
Your videos are awesome! They are so serene. They give off "Camping with Steve" vibes (which is a huge compliment) I'm looking forward to your next video!
Great adventure Angie! and thanks for adding the cute little Hummingbird at the end lol :) i really enjoy seeing them' Thanks for sharing the video Have a great weekend!💖👍😎JP
Oregonians pronounce it core-de-lane. And huckleberries are wonderful, Makes great milkshakes and jam. LOVE the vid. Also, per the internet, Early American colonist, upon encountering the native American berry, misidentified it as the European blueberry known as the “hurtleberry,” by which name it was called until around 1670 it was corrupted to become know as the “huckleberry.”
Huckleberry and blueberry season is just starting in the PNW and runs into fall. They're basically nature's own power gel (unfortunately I've never come across a granola tree or gummy bear bush). And speaking of bears, they love huckleberries, and they're on the lookout for them to fatten up for their winter hibernation. Just sayin', keep that spray and those bells handy, and sing or whistle while you pick.
Funny- a few weeks ago, we were hiking at Devils Tower, and saw what we thought were huckleberries. But didn't pick them because we didn't know what they were until later. I have family just south of where you are exploring, and they enjoy doing what you did every year.
Isn’t it awesome to sell everything that you own and start all over again! Wooohoooo! Compared to your first video you look like you are in a way better and happier state of mind. Going from having a ‘super fantastic’ job and all of that into actually having a life... yeehaw 🎉
Those pancakes looked so good! If my phone had a tasting app I would have been licking my phone!😂 Also, if you ever make it to Michigan in the spring you can hunt the elusive morel mushroom. I will guarantee they will give you a run for your money! And at $30 - $60 lb. you can make some money too!😁
Should have picked mushrooms in OR. The great Oregon mushroom wars. Maybe next time as they are pretty tasty. Salmon in a mushroom sauce and a bottle of Willamette valley Pinot Noir works good for a camp meal.
Yeah, I'm going with Divine intervention. That was a preposterously dense cluster of huckleberries to just stumble upon, and on your first outing no less! Wonder if I should drive up there over the weekend, it's only 6 hours 🤔
I agree - berry picking can be addictive. Blueberries and huckleberries freeze well, so I always try to pick enough to last to the next year. But it's hard to have enough.
😅OMG. It's actually true 5:54 Winnie the Pooh loves honey and Paddington loves marmalade sandwiches 🤣But that means you have to be extra careful in areas with bears because you are in high danger since you are so sweet 😊👍
Now save some of those berries and on your way back east you can stop and harvest your own Maple tree sap, then make your own maple syrup and have yourself some homemade huckleberry pancakes with homemade Maple syrup and prove once and for all that you're the new generation of frontier woman that we all know you are. Sounds like another berry interesting video to me.🙂
Oh, and the PNW's other famous berry, actually an invasive species that's all but impossible to get rid of (although many a goat has tried), is the blackberry, whose season winds down around the time that huckleberry season gets underway. You probably missed it although you never know. The closest berry I've found back east is the mulberry, which I like to think of as the blackberry tree.

LoL you can watch the sugar buzz kick in as you watch the video. Thank you for laughs and the beautiful scenery.
I chuckled merry fun at your huckleberry pun. I'm so glad I found your channel thank you very much for making me smile

Looks Awesome!! I'm hungry.......
The first berry was thimble berry.
I recognize that milkshake, from St Regis. I stop for one whenever I go that way. 😊
What wonderful, fruity pancakes for a wonderful fruity girl! Love all of your videos, and your comedic quips!

Us Idahonians pronounce it "Core-Duh-Lane" so I learned something new today about the pronunciation! Are you heading to Glacier National Park? :)
Being on a strict diet, I probably shouldn't have watched this but I enjoy your humor too much to ignore any of your videos.

Watch out for not only bears but Sasquatch especially when picking berries. I have crossed the path of both!
I recently learned how to prepare pancakes. It's was fun learning the process and I enjoyed the food. You made a good video. 🥞🙏

The PNW has lots of chanterelles late summer and fall.

I live in Coeur da lene. I would have loved to meet you! You inspired me to live in my car lol
I always called it Core-DAH-Lain lol
yeah me to core-dah-lain :)
Mangez bien, riez souvent, aimez beaucoup. I took French in high school and I still had to use google translate to write that. ☮️💙🙂
Amazing videos!! Question for you, what kind of microphone do you use? It’s really clean and my wife and I are looking for better audio in our videos
pronounced kind of coor (like Coors beer) deh lane. Huckleberry pancakes. I'm jealous. :D
Eat your heart out IHOP, right Angie ;) heehee :P

RocOn Angie 😊
You made Barbie pancakes. 🎉😂
You will pay a price later after all those berries LOL
Those huckleberries look nothing like the Oregon coast huckleberries. I'm curious what they taste like over there now
Try backing into your camp site for a fast getaway please kid safety is kinda important
btw, you should start a 2nd channel and call it Angie Makes Pancakes. You can just show every pancake recipe known to man/woman/alien on the channel.
Sleep deprivation is kicking in
Never to much butter
Not just pretty smart too
I've never had a huckleberry 🤔
The Waffle House joke got me good 😂😂😂
Are getting high on the berries lol or are you just happy
