No one can see stands but for Gyomei it's even worse as he cannot even see Sanemi getting hurt midair . All he sense is Sanemi stating to fly through the air .
Actually that's kinda unlikely because, even in the actual JoJo's bizarre adventure, anyone and anything that jotaro has ever fought or beaten up wasn't really shown to have died it only shows that they are so brutally wounded they "cannot fight anymore" so while if the hashiras pissed jotaro off he would beat them all up, he most likely won't really kill them unless they killed his sister here or anyone related to him first(only exception to when a person jotaro fought was actually confirmed to have died was Dio)

Probably not, Crazy Diamond doesn't actually 'heal' things, it 'fixes' them. For something to be 'fixed' it has to be 'broken'. Something is considered 'broken' when it is missing one or more pieces that belong to it. Finally, when something is 'broken' and goes unfixed for an undefined period of time, the two/multiple pieces become their own distinct things. I don't know enough about Slayer to know what is exactly wrong with the Slayer master / whoever is blind, but I would wager a guess that the slayer isn't 'broken' in the same way Okuyasu's dad isn't 'broken'. As for the blind person, if they where born blind they aren't 'broken' as nothing is missing, if they lost their eyes it probably happened long enough ago to make the eyes a separate thing from the person so you couldn't fix them back.
