It is a wonderful thing to know that someone else in the world, besides your own family, loves you as one of their own. Nacho (and Susie) have experienced this and both know that they have forever family in the United States. It is so sad to see Nacho go (I cried) but such a wonderful experience for him. When Nacho started crying I started. Noodles is hilarious walking like that. & him telling Nacho he loves him twice. EB wanting to get in backpack. Susie & Nacho has experienced a lot this year.A whole new extra family that loves both. I think these 2 really caught their heart. We love u 2 kiddos & we will miss u

I was an exchange student in college and leaving is so Hard! Even if you are happy to go back to your family and friends it is just so difficult to leave the new life you have built for a year and say goodbye to everybody.
Nacho, I loved how you were always willing to participate in everything. It showed such self confidence for you to do competitive sports. Many of us will miss you.
Crying here... will miss Nacho in your vlogs but what a bittersweet ending to an amazing experience for Nacho and your family!

Can’t stop crying. When he was walking to the plane in my mind I was saying go get him don’t let him leave!! Nacho we are all going to miss you and please come back to visit us. From all of us here at the San Diego California sheriffs department we hope you have a great flight back home and we are going to miss seeing you in the videos. Be safe and hopefully we will be able to see you in another video really soon.
The hardest part of hosting exchange students is saying "See you later". What amazing memories your students are taking home with them!

Nacho was a great complement to your family. Emotions of going home to family and friends and leaving family and friends were tough. He had an experience that will be with him forever. It helped make him who he is. The world is a better place because of Nacho. We each bring our gifts but he came around the world to share his gifts.

I am just watching and crying with you guys
I was an international student in LA and when came the time to leave... I balled my eyes out. It truly is a horrible thing to go through. Saying goodbye to a whole new life; new family, new friends, new environment... My heart still feels broken after almost 8 months 😭 It's hard to let go of such an incredible experience.
