You can easily numb with topical lidocaine 5% for 5 minutes you're numb, for 15 minutes you're super numb, if you are worried about the pain, or purchase a filler that is authentic with lidocaine in it. South Korea is the best place to get real products. But you must use safety measures and do not do this while drunk only because you are a likable person and I don't want for you to get an infection. Another precaution is to always hyalurondaise or liporase, not expensive from South korea, on hand in case you get a vascular occlusion or you get a bump or you just overdo it and want to correct. I want to do it too but just make sure you are aware of the dangers like occlusion (make sure you see the signs in time). Don't go to deep also with the needle in your lips, use the right light weight filler, inject at the right spot etc...
